Only here can you start out watching a video taste-testing maple syrup on waffles that gradually transforms into a post-apocalyptic survival adventure with a cryptic ambiguous ending.
I don't know how to explain it, but your videos make me feel at home. Even considering that I'm on the other side of the American continent. Greetings from Argentina!
Post 10 I watch all your videos. You have inspired me to unclog everything!😊 and I want to tell you the world needs more of you. Your a great human being. Keep up the good work brother. Thank you.
Thanks for watching and have a great day.... ten minutes later... thanks for watching and have a great day. Nope, still not done. Five more minutes of content. Gets me every time! Thanks for sharing another interesting video Post and have a great day!
It's good to see you eat something you actually like the taste of 😆 I loved the maple syrup facts! Also the bonus trip out in a storm at the end. (Thank you for including the Celcius conversion btw.)
Absolutely love the tasting videos the more the better I mean I watch the camping but I love these too ! You are an intriguing young man keep them coming 😊
I feel like I’m on a syrup journey with you. When did you move to NE? - “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free." These iconic words from "The New Colossus," the 1883 poem written by American Emma Lazarus etched in bronze and mounted on the Statue of Liberty's pedestal… Very cool jar. 🇺🇸
I hate living out in the middle of nowhere. The power outages, the people, the wild predators, the distance to travel. I hate it so much. I don't know how you do it, you make it look easy and enjoyable. I desperately want to go back to a city area. Either that or I hope more people move to my area and make it a city. I could never live the way you live, not even for one month. You make it look so easy and fun despite the reality.
I got to say that was pretty cool to learn about syrup in a glass holding up. Most of the syrup I see now are in plastic bottles. If I go shopping I might look for more glass ones if I find any. Thank you!
Hey, I have a serious question. I work in a very old building and found an old can of Canada Dry Rooti Root Beer. Perfectly persevered albeit empty. Are you familiar with that product at all? I’m trying to found out all the information I can
Great video vlog just proves some food items are good in bottles or cans well passed their use by date. Sadly not the same with plastic as Post10 explains the plastic expires not the food item. I read somewhere honey as long as it’s stored properly can last hundreds of years. Only Post10 can do videos like this. A treasure to TH-cam indeed.
Good advice about ph testing the fish tanks , I love your channel ❤️, interesting video as always, I do have family in new Baltimore , they sent me some log cabin in a big yellow plastic bottle , I’m glad to know it will keep 😎👍🏼 and a massive Rice Krispies square size of my window 😂
Post, Drinking straight from the bottles! 😅 We got the taste test plus bonus footage! Great video! I just use a toaster and not the microwave on waffles. You don't have a moderator or two for your live chats? Hope you got some of that cold weather you like!😅
Have you considered a backup generator for a future project? You can do it cheaper than you think with a portable generator and an interlock on the breaker panel.
I am almost positive that garners made one of the first sugar free syrups that were palatable back in the late 70s and possibly early 80s. My dad and sister were both type 1 diabetics so my mom always sought out sugar free products. That was "their" syrup so I didnt use it! Memory unlocked though!
In 1997, we used a can of Dole pineapple rings copyrighted from 1985 (with a possible window of age after then, so at most 12 years older). This can’s juice looked, you guessed it, black. Moreover, since pineapple is acidic, it could easily eat away at the metal.
I just seen this come up and watched every minute of it. Then I thought this guy's voice sounds familiar to post10. I'm not sure, but is that you also? Edit,,, I just looked and it is you. I had no clue you made different videos besides the drain cleaning. Pretty cool
There was a plastic toy ball at my grandparents' house that used to have glittery water in it, but now after 20+ years, only the glitter is left behind, even though it's presumably still sealed. Just an interesting point about evaporation through plastics.
This guy is a national treasure.
It is always great to see good, moral people grow on TH-cam.
I love food
I'm eating food right now. Are it is good.....?
hyvä ku en oo ainut suomalaine täälä :D
AGREED
They call superman the man of steel, but this man has the stomach of titanium

Something about you dude, makes me appreciate life more in a good way.
Dude’s like that cool laid back younger brother with Asperger’s
I sure wish it did for me.
He’s so un self conscious 🥰
He's genuinely a cool guy.
It's like looking in my mother's pantry, and everything is out of date 😂...
still good eatin... my grandparents went through the great depression... they know how to eat
Exactly
Awe yeah my grandparent's cupboard had coke cans with RIVETS!!! 😵was totally flat but didn't do me any harm 🤣
😂
Oh yeah?! My grandparents had the Coke in Coca Cola if you know what I mean.😂@@mtbalot
Thanks for sharing your collection with us, man. Pleasure watching these videos, very interesting. You should give us a house/basement tour.

My wife normally doesn't watch Post 10s videos with me and today she was sitting on the couch by me and asked why he said that multiple times lol
@@jonas189 only the real OG’s know that the video is far from over when he says that.
@sickstuff7624 I know, it's like The Lord of the Rings, his videos have multiple ending lol

I appreciate how you take zero waste to a new level
You should've put the waffles in a toaster.. microwaving frozen waffles always make them floppy and soggy they taste much better toasted
I was literally screaming when he put them in the microwave!
Makes it the same way like literally everything you put in a microwave 😂
I love this special boy so much
Absolutely love your videos I've been watching for several years and really enjoy watching
When I was a kid I used to chew on lead fishing sinkers zi loved the taste and texture of
Great main feature and interesting bonus footage.
➡️ Your muddled masses😂😂😂 That quote on the bottle is from a poem on the statue of Liberty. It actually says huddled masses. Love you Post!!❤
Hes CLULESS😮😮
@@IronMike-f8i”cluless” LOL. Gold.
I agree the winter this year was really warm even in Switzerland we also had a couple of wind storms
This channel is phenomenal, much love from Portland, Maine

Been watching both of post 10's channels from the start. Love this guy.
you could also get a “basement toaster” it would be useful. THANKS for all the work you do to bring us awesome videos on your channels!
Thanks Post! 👊🏻👍🏻Appreciate you my friend 🙏🏻
I really love this channel,I like the look of vintage products.

Yessss I’m so interested in you opening up Log Cabin maple syrup
The can opening made me laugh.. the clicking... lol.. but I loved it. :) Great atmosphere, beautiful and interesting products. Cheers!
Luv all your vids and the post 10 ones aswell. U always put a smile on my face 👍.

Hey New England! Happy Saturday 👍
My parents had that same can opener back in the 70s-80s. Memories...
Oh boy ... place your bets, will he puke?😂
Have mercy.
The man has a stomach of titanium, he physically can’t vomit
Sure! Especially considering how fast he drinks the syrup.
WOW this video went from eating soggy microwave waffles with old syrups to a wild stormy outdoor adventure!
Love the maple syrup taste testing video!
Thank you for this! 🧇
Chugging the Log Cabin LOL - cracked me up.

Hey, I have a serious question. I work in a very old building and found an old can of Canada Dry Rooti Root Beer. Perfectly persevered albeit empty. Are you familiar with that product at all? I’m trying to found out all the information I can
Always very fascinating and learn a lot
This video really hits home how bad shrinkflation has become.
My grandfather was a collector and had all those different log cabin bottles from the bicentennial
Being in the middle of nowhere, maybe a generator on your house would be something to consider
Not an issue. The house is set up to go without power. I can just Make a fire in the wood burning stove. And I have a lot of power banks
On back of that jar it says huddled masses
The madman just starts chugging that maple syrup like the nectar that it truly is
Right? I was like.... oh hes gonna chug it
I would have used a church key to open the canned syrup. Love your vids! ❤
Yes, your videos are intresting. Thanks for posting

I have had the Canadian Maple Syrup from Quebec in a souvenir smaller orange tin,and it was very good.

I have a wood stove so I can live without power a while
All three, you’re a wild man!

As someone else mentioned, that Log Cabin bottle is from the American bicentennial in 1976. The cap is supposed to simulate a cork.
In 1997, we used a can of Dole pineapple rings copyrighted from 1985 (with a possible window of age after then, so at most 12 years older). This can’s juice looked, you guessed it, black. Moreover, since pineapple is acidic, it could easily eat away at the metal.

Great Video. I'm going to start collecting food tins.
I love how every label of these products are hand drawn design. I prefer these kind of label over the fake “actual” photo of the product.
I made my own Mulberry Syrup and it was delicious 😋
The cap on the Log Cabin syrup is actually a cork grain, not wood. Love your videos. 😀
