- Happy New Year!
I’m building my house plant collection. Love this ‘Moonshine’ and it was so overgrown for the pot which makes it a great buy!
This plant is also know as a snake plant. I absolutely love this one!
Hope you enjoy!

That's a beautiful sanaseveria and what a cute baby. I have been wanting one and regret not getting one at Lowe's that was almost white. Great repotting☺️☺️❤️. Thanks for sharing.

Your Sansevieria is so gorgeous. I'm new to the Sansevieria family, what's the best soil for them? My Moonshine/Moonlight is on it's way 😃🌿💚. So excited!
Thanks! I just use an indoor potting soil mix 😊 how’s your Sanseveria doing?
@@MySucculentGarden Thanks, it's doing great.
Great video!! Where did you get those adorable pots?
This plant is beautiful, and love the white pot😉 where did you buy it ? ? Tfs
Aleyda33 garcia ♥️♥️♥️ I got it from the California Cactus Center in pasedena 💚💚💚
i just separated a huge pot of these with lots of babies but i am nervous about putting them back in soil immediately because of that larger root that connected them to the mother plant. should i leave them out to let them callous for a few days? i am worried if i put them back in soul now they could rot because of the big open wound... but i am also worried the healthy roots they have now will dry out of i let them callous! help!!!
Al Christine hi there, I would pot them up in dry soil and wait a week or so to water :)
Nice video my friend plz stay connected always
Hi!! I have a biiiiig moonshine that I am going to be separating, but I just am wondering the reason for the mesh that you put in the bottom of the small pot before putting the small cultivar in it? I want to make sure I do it right!!
The mesh is just so soil won’t fall out of the hole on the bottom :)
Can I aske Why you didn't seperate the other 2 that looks like they aren't a part of the main plant?
I wanted to keep them together and only separate the one I wanted for another pot. 😄
Hi! I just got a baby moonshine (divided from a mother plant) and it hardly has any roots! :( Do you know how to make sure it will grow well?
Hi, you can pot it up in soil. Water it, and let the soil dry completely between waterings and it should be fine 😊.
I hope this helps💚.
@@MySucculentGarden Ok thank you! Do you think leaving it in water for a while is a good idea? It's winter in my country at the moment and I think the reason it has no roots is that the roots rotted off when it was sitting in wet soil from before I bought it. Do you know if leaving it in water will help it to grow healthy roots faster?
Emma I think if it suffered from root rot then you should be very cautious and not put it back in water. If you want to propagate it - you can cut it and let the cut callous then put them in water to root.
I would be scared of causing more root rot by putting the whole plant pack in water.
@@MySucculentGarden Ok. Should I put it in a dry-ish soil then?
Emma Yea, I would for about a week or two 😊 just to make sure the root rot doesn’t spread to the plant
Nice plant, the light color ones are hard to find!
Patricia Lisowski Thanks Patricia! Yea, I don’t see those often. Glad I found it! ♥️
Hi maam how many years is the mother plant moonshine before she got a new baby ?
Hi! Sorry, I’m not sure I bought this one with all those babies
@@MySucculentGarden okay thank you
How do you keep your Sansevieria looking so silver?
Kkllaric Klarwhen I bought them from a nursery and they were outside getting bright light so I think that did the trick. I have them in my home now and they aren’t nearly as silver.
@@MySucculentGarden Thank you for answering. I guess I'll put mine on a bright spot scince the're still silver.
Kkllaric Klar of course! And yes, that’s a great idea 💚💚💚
Doesn’t this plant like to be crowded ?
It’s seems like it 😊
Hate that they revert :ĺ
Same 😅
