I was looking for some real tips on how to land that tricky Offset Attack, and not only did you just give me that in spades, I also learned you could apparently shoot your slinger with your weapon out this whole time lmao. I love these sort of vids too, it's so hard to find MH personalities that look for the value in every attack and action. More than any other vid in the past few weeks, this one has gotta be the one that makes me even more excited to finally play the full game!
@@josephbouteille7868 The vid does a good job explaining it, you could just watch it lol. But as I understand, the stance your hunter takes at the end of Unbridled/Full Release slash (with the axe on the ground, behind the hunter) can lead to a variety of follow-ups, but specifically the Offset Rising slash has less of an initial delay when performed during that stance, which would make timing it against a monster's attack for an offset easier.
Despite already playing switch axe and being familiar with the moveset, I found watching the whole thing still worth it; You've highlighted many tricks that I would never have thought of in a concise manner: especially the overhead slash repostion, and morph in spiral slash. Keep up the great work. Imma watch your channel with great interest up to and after launch.
