your graphics are not synced with your voice, only the chart. when you talk about the AOC you show videos of the Corsair for example. otherwise great opinions
Legit question: Do ultrawides actually improve gaming, or is it just a flex? like, will it really help with immersion, or is it just 'bigger is better'?
I have this monitor and had a 4090 since release day.. literally had one one hour after the cards went on sale. This is a good monitor for people who don't want oled yet. I've had this monitor 2 years with 0 issues and zero regrets, best 400 I ever spent.
The dell u4025qw is the only monitor you need. who cares about refresh rate if you’re not playing esports anyway?? just get good instead of blaming your screen smh
why tf are people acting like ultrawide is the future? all competitive gamers use 16:9, so unless you’re playing single-player sims, you’re just wasting money.
Not everyone lives for fortnite, csgo and whatever else. most gamers don't play those titles, in some games the extra screen space is a god send. you literally see m ore of the right and left of you, it's not stretching an image it just shows more.. they do seem weird and take some getting used to, normal 1440 without ultrawide is probably going to be the norm anyway no one buys a 4090 or 4080 to play 16:9
Anyone else think ultrawides are a scam? Most games don’t even support the aspect ratio properly. Paying 2 grand just to have black bars in your favorite games sounds like peak stupidity.
I dont know why every one writes that "most game don't support 21:9". I have one for 5 years now and beside cutscenes with black bars i never had a problem in any game that i have played. Just baught Tomb Raider from 2013 and even that had 21:9 support out of the box. I think these claims only come from people that never had an ultrawide. For me personally i never could go back to 16:9. Had an 32" 4K for a short time but there is just something missing 😅
what games don;t support it? in my experience very few games don't. some have cutscenes that aren't in ultrawide but theres a way to hex edit the games exefile to make them ultrawide, google it
bro who even needs a 240hz refresh rate? the human eye can’t see past 60fps anyway lmao. people wasting money on that stuff just want to flex for no reason.
Not true, I can see a huge difference between 60 and 120. Though I never had above 120 so I can’t say if I can see a difference between 120-240 but I heard anything above 240 is just bragging rights and nothing else
Curved screens are just a gimmick. If they were actually better, movie theaters would have curved displays. can anyone explain why gamers fall for this stuff?
movie theatres don't have curved displays because the viewing angles aren't as good as with a flat screen. at home your always sat in the centre, at the threatre you could be sat at the far side and barely see parts of the screen. it's got something to do with bending light. one downside to a curved monitor is straight lines look slightly curved. I don't know if curved is better or not, I don't really notice it anymore
on an ultra wide you can plug in 2 computers to the same diisplay and run split screen btw :) you can also split the screen in 2, 4 or whatever for normal windows use

you didn't test them, don't lie. you even have shitty photoshopped previews with wrong models.
I thought I was tripping lol
Imagine spending $2K on a curved ultrawide only to realize your favorite game doesn’t even support it properly. couldn't be me
almost every game supports it and for the ones that don't there are mods
If you played a lot of games and could actually afford an ultrawide monitor, you would have one.
Imagine being too broke to buy one so u make other excuses of why not to buy one 💀
@@504Trey No point in him buying one if he owns a potato that can barely hit 60fps in 1920x1080
Imagine being gae
isn’t the samsung g9 literally bigger than most desks? who has the space for that thing? legit feels like a waste unless you live in a warehouse.
Legit question: Do ultrawides actually improve gaming, or is it just a flex? like, will it really help with immersion, or is it just 'bigger is better'?
Definitely helps with immersion I have Samsung oddesy g8, it’s great but waiting next year for Lg 4k ultra wide oled
you see more of the sides of the screen, it's a big difference for immersion.
seems weird at first though
no G8 ODYSSEY??
why would anyone buy that benq mobiuz? sounds like a random tech word salad, not a gaming monitor. legit no one even talks about benq anymore.
neo g9 gang rise
How do you even stream with ultrawide? Doesn't Twitch just crop everything? seems pointless unless you're gaming in the dark by yourself.
99% of people don’t stream so who cares lol
theres a work around, you don't share the whole screen you share just a single window
Alienware GOAT
samsung monitors suck, they always have QC issues. g9 users reporting dead pixels out of the box, but people still simp for them. couldn’t be me.
VA panel 'gamers' are just poor IPS users in denial. those smears aren't 'features,' bro.
I have this monitor and had a 4090 since release day.. literally had one one hour after the cards went on sale.
This is a good monitor for people who don't want oled yet.
I've had this monitor 2 years with 0 issues and zero regrets, best 400 I ever spent.
people still using FreeSync and G-Sync? y’all know those are gimmicks to sell overpriced monitors, right? just lock your fps and problem solved.
what if you can't always maintain 144 fps or 120 fps.
Gsync compatible is good enoug, you don't need full g-sync certified
The editing is trash, you are mixing other monitor photos in each monitor you are reviewing.
most ultrawide gamers = playing cyberpunk for 10 minutes, then back to Fortnite at 1080p. what’s the point😂
The dell u4025qw is the only monitor you need. who cares about refresh rate if you’re not playing esports anyway?? just get good instead of blaming your screen smh
The LG OLED monitors burn in faster than my grandma’s toast. If you buy one, enjoy playing with ghosted health bars in every game lmao
Nice
oled ultrawide = guaranteed regret. get ready for dimming and burn-in warnings every 10 minutes. hope y’all like that premium pain 😂
had mine about 2 years and still going fine also you don't get burn in on these.
these people act like buying a big monitor makes you a better gamer. newsflash: you’ll still suck, just with more pixels.
Who? Nobody said that…
1080p is best for compettive, ultra wide gamers play that res with black bars in competitive gaming. its easier with less screen to focus on
just get a TV instead, way bigger and better for gaming. ultrawides are for nerds who sit 2 inches from their screens all day.
TVs aren’t the best for PCs

bro just buy a macbook. it has a built-in display and handles gaming just fine 💀
bro who even needs a 240hz refresh rate? the human eye can’t see past 60fps anyway lmao. people wasting money on that stuff just want to flex for no reason.
Not true, I can see a huge difference between 60 and 120. Though I never had above 120 so I can’t say if I can see a difference between 120-240 but I heard anything above 240 is just bragging rights and nothing else
It doesn't matter that you can't see past 60, it's the the images are clearer and load earlier
Why do you feel the need to comment about something you obviously know nothing about?
Lol irrelevant. Dude do a favor to yourself and study more

Someone has never been to a true Imax theatre lol. Those premium screens are curved my friend
Why waste money on ultrawide? Dual monitors are better in every way-one for gaming, one for chat. only noobs go ultrawide.
on an ultra wide you can plug in 2 computers to the same diisplay and run split screen btw :)
you can also split the screen in 2, 4 or whatever for normal windows use
