Sir Could you kindly throw about water intake should be sufficient for the people feel tired and fatigue sundrom, what is the advise for them as heart failure patients are advised with restriction for taking Limited amount of water.
Mg intake for 300 mg Almonds Cashew Pumpkins Wheat Oats Fish . Walk around park 10 mins. Brisk walk. Regular walk is necessary. Power Nap is important. From Nimh. Breakfast never skip. With protein, carbs and fats Never skip any meal. Stress comes from anxiety. Use relaxation method. Water intake must be high. Thirst and Whole grains is good.reduce sugar. Have a power snack : protein fat and fiber ( penut butter and bread , yoghurt, dry fruits one hand full) Energy boost : coffee with milk.
सर जी मैं सूबे जल्दी उठ जाता हूँ और रनिंग के लिए निकल जाता हूँ फिर जोर की भूख लगने गलती है लेकिन वक्त म खाने के लिए कुछ नहीं मिलता जिससे मेरा शरीर कमजोर हो रहा है और चिडचिडा भी होने लगता है कुछ ऐसे नुस्खे बताये जिससे मेरा भूक मिठे और फिर खाना मिलते तक एक्टिव रह सकूँ।
