    My 14 years old son has increased tone of the calf muscles. He’s basically walking on his toes. Do you think this massage will help? I wouldn’t like to go for the surgery, advices by our orthopedist. Thanks in advance.

    I always felt soreness getting my calves massaged, always had a problem with my legs growing up, skinny legs no real muscle on the calf to the outside and looking at my shoes they wear away at an almost 45 degree angle as if I walk on the outside edges of my feet, bizarre. I'm short for a male as well, my father is 5ft7/8in yet I'm only 5ft3in, as a kid my Doctor said I will be same height as my father but never got there, don't know if it was diet or lack of nutrients or the way I walked but yeah I could hardly walk some years with growth pains, had to crawl to the toilet as a kid it was that sore and getting my legs massaged like I said I was squeamish about getting my calves done as it hurt. My upper half never really had a problem, seems normal to me, but yeah legs very skinny. Anyway being 5ft 3in isn't too bad until you start to get the knock back from the women lol aw look at you you're sweet...Hell no I'M A MAN! Hahaha yeah hard at first but now as I got older got used to it, made me a better person and realised things quicker as things never came as easy to me being half a foot shorter than most guys, overlooked, most times, but on the dancefloor 🕺🏻 that all changed, maybe thats what the light skinny legs were meant for...or a ballerina! lol 😂
    All the best, what you do and show is good stuff. ✌🏽

    I had ACL and MCL injuries. I had an operation . ACL injury was repaired. But they didn't repair my MCL injury with surgery. They said that if I strengthened my upper, anterior and hind leg muscles, my MCL injury would pass. I am 5 months after the operation. I continue my strength training but still my MCL injury has not healed. How long should I work? When will this injury go away? Is MCL surgery harmful? Will this situation pass? What do you suggest me? Should I use collagen?

    • @JohnGibbons
      @JohnGibbons  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Depends on the severity of the MCL as minor tears will heal naturally - sounds like your tear was more sever as they wont truly heal the way they were before the injury and you might end up needing surgery to help, regards jG
