I use those ALL THE TIME with the jag. Setup nest, leave, come back to kick spy and wait for oncoming attack in 2-fort, then go right in back to Texas truckin’

I actually use the pistol a lot to make up for Engie's lack of range with his shotgun or just for cover fire when I attempt to escape. It's also a good weapon to have when reloading the shotgun would just take too long

U have a good point but that is why I use wrangler with mini sentry for the same and deadlier effect.
@@lukiklepsa6218 It doesn't really suit my playstyle, I am a very active engineer, more so with the Gunslinger so my mini-sentries are often decoys while I do the rest
I also use it to harass snipers trying to break my gun
Widowmaker + Pistol + Gunslinger = "why do we have a base on top of the enemy team's spawn and how did you even get there?"

You are so right, Engie. I love the bleed effect for keeping track of Spies, but every now and then I use stock and remember that there's no point in keeping track of them when you can just crit them instead for an insta-kill.
It's even good against Kunai spys because the bleeding helps decrease their overheal

The Short Circuit can be stupid op in payload, especially while you’re next to the payload itself, basically giving you infinite m2 short circuit blasts.
i think it should have -80% less metal from dispensers and payload when deployed

the stock shotgun is really good. consistent and honestly fun to use.
But oh no you killed the soldier main so many times in close quarters that you actually got a domination (happened to me twice today) so it's definitely a normies weapon 💀💀💀

@@Savantastic I suggest using the widowmaker, it's really good if you can consistently hit your shots
i believe it was originally designed so that you could get aggressive with leveled sentries, i.e. letting you put them in fun and wacky spots and still healing them at range, and allowing you to pick them up from a distance so you’re not babysitting them with your wrench.
it just also happens to be really good for turtling anyways
laughs in saving up 38 crits with frontier justice before turtling into infinity
Baited a pair of fat scout once while holding my pistol only to whip out the frontier justice with 12 stored crits.

I place lvl3 sentry somewhere behind the enemies or very close to them and repair it from afar. Rarely it works, but when works entire enemy team is dead😂

2 is for sentry gun
0 is for dispenser
1 is for tele entrance
3 is for tele exit
Key is just a placeholder for whatever key you want it to be

I find the gunslinger just really fun to just go around punching ppl with the ol one two combo( the guarantied 3rd hit crit is enough to kill a heavy) and I would just not even build mini sentries

A- I play Frontier justice, stock pistol and gunslinger and you got all three right in my case. This is incredible.
I like the pompson. Pistol, and Jag.
Pompson makes a little pew sound if I hit an enemy medic with it. That sound brings me so much joy.
Pistol is the only non bullshit secondary for the class. And since I don't hate the enemy gamers enough to unleash the other two upon them. I just use stock.
Jag lets me play offensive engineer about as well as a gunslinger, without selling my soul to satan!
As for the console command thing. I just kinda like thumbing the menus rapidly. There's a joy in hitting 5,1 4,1 and placing a fresh gun with a few rapid button presses.
Vs a keybind to make it instant.
Idk. Something so nice about that feeling.
About panic attack: Uncle Dane HAS NOT MET ME IN CASUAL, NOR DID I MEET HIM

rescue ranger, a gun that deals.. what, like 40 damage? yeah, 100% made for playing aggressively.

I use the pistol because it doesn't really lock you into a play style, with the wrangler you need to be near your sentry otherwise you have an empty weapon slot, the short circut is more for the offensive with it being able to combat soldiers and demos better. The pistol can be used for offense or defense

0:08 and 0:14 it's my favorite because in the map called 2Fort you can build a sentry dispenser and you can rocket jump with you sentry and use the gun to pick up the sentry soo far and the dispenser and you put a teleporter because your entry teleporter is already level 3
