C3 Corvette A6 A/C compressor test, 1975 Corvette, Volume 29

A previous owner removed the A/C compressor for some unknown reason but the compressor remained with the car. With all the other components still installed in the car I undertake the mission of testing the compressor to see if it can live again.

Its worth fixing it. One way or the other. I'd put a new bearing on that compressor and find that leak.. Good luck Dave.

0n the 75, the high side is the line that runs from the condensor along the inner fender back to the POA valve. The access port is right beside the radiator overflow jug.
