This mobile home is very nice and features everything in a single wide! The manufacturer for this house is Cavalier Homes. The model for this home is the "Sumner." This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,170 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! I hope you enjoy this mobile home walk through video.

We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

When I ordered my single wide, years ago, the middle bedroom in the 16 x 80 was unfairly small. Not good. I had two boys. Mine was an ordered one, not a lot model,. so I had them take 18 inches out of the living room and add it to that middle bedroom. Its just rerouting where the wall went while they were building it, although they did have to adjust where the front door went.
And that made everything perfect. Both boys rooms were about the same size. '
Please keep easy changes like that in mind when buying a mobile. These layouts are not set in stone, it doesn't hurt to ask if you can make a change. All they can say is no. :)
I believe that change was a cost of $300.00 added to the price of the mobile.
Never even noticed that the living room was smaller. Kids rooms are very important!
Love this one~The kitchen/Master Bath is AWESOME!!! Home is very spacious. The smallest bedroom could be used as an office or a nursery. Thank you for all you do. Greetings from Darlington, South Carolina.
This layout is absolutely the best with it’s huge kitchen and dining area, very family oriented. I also love the separate living room space. ❤❤❤
Absolutely stunning. Make it a 2 bedroom and put in real wood flooring and solid foundation and it's a winner home..very unique floorplane and design. Love it

U Know, single wides r SOOOO hard to look unique! I would never want to live n 1 with family! I know that sounds harsh! But, I did that when i was younger and I always felt likw we lived n hallway!! No matter how its floorplan is, still a hallway😂😂😂
BUT, my point n saying this is I ALWAYS watch whenu tour a S/W. Just n case i see something "different". Bcuz, if it was just me, I could and would live n one...maybe even a tiny House!!!!😂😂😂😂

You reminded me yrs ago( about 50) hehe anyway our trailer was a 12x60 and it was yellow and I always Called It a cheese box that’s how it looked to me .

Very impressed with the kitchen and living room layout. Main bedroom and bathroom are really nice. I believe I would like a lighter color tile for the shower.
Single wides have come a long way. There getting to be as nice as a double wide.
That tile in the shower is hideous. For some reason, it reminds me of cow hide. I don’t mind everything else

Agreed. That is a hideous, shower tile!!! Everything else is cute. But I do prefer the drawers above the cabinets. It seems like you get more drawers that way and I’ve seen some of their tours that has it and it looks more like a house than a trailer.

I must say chance this home right here is outstanding. I've never seen a single-wide this decked out before I mean this house is really fancy for what it is and you are exactly right it's a nice home for someone who's just trying to get their own place maybe a young couple or something like that. But it is a very sharp house and that shower I've never seen a shower like that in a single-wide before. I'm sure they make plenty more probably in certain models, but this however was a first for me. This particular model is kind of like a small modular home the way it's set up, but it's a very good floor plan and a very nice home I think whoever who will purchased this home will be on cloud nine for sure. Good tour.

Wow. That is nice for 90k. I love the kitchen too. I wish the sink wasnt in the middle though. But this is a great house for the price.
You do a great job touring these beautiful trailers they are very different than they were when I was young and they are a very good investment

I like the walls between the kitchen and livingroom. I don't like that big opening in that tile shower cause of the cold air coming in the shower.

The master closet is to die for, but the tile in the shower is ugly. This home would be perfect with a tub in the master shower. Wonderful home for the price.

This is one of the best single wides I've seen. The only thing is that there's no counter space in the hall bath. The kitchen is perfect.
IKR?! Not even a place to put a hand soap or your toothbrush. If they're gonna do that, they could at least give you a drawer.
You should look into these before reposting. This home is not manufactured anymore. They reused the name for a double wide that starts at $200,000 before options.

Highend to me would include soft close cabinets.
When I bought my double wide I made sure if the kids tried to sneak out they would have to go past my bedroom lol right next to front door is my bedroom ❤❤❤❤❤

Nice house the only thing I do not like is the ventahood over the stove it looks like it's really low and just doesn't look right
Hate the color of the tile shower as it doesn't go with the paint color and the dark tile makes the bathroom feel smaller. It needs white or cream colored tile to lighten the room up. Great kitchen. I would want the two bedroom option.
Kitchen and dining room should of been wide open and both bathrooms a lil bigger. Closet space way too small but I did love it! You do an amazing job giving us a wonderful view of these beautiful homes. Always pleasant tovsee your videos. Very helpful❤☺️😀👍
I have to disagree with the previous comment, I actually like the stove vent. It's the beams for me, I would paint them out white. We all know, they're fake, but the way they look in this home they also looked a little cheap. Just my two cents but besides that I absolutely love this home. My biggest wish is that manufacturers would start installing crank casement windows, they can make that happen, I'll be getting my check book out.
The vent is just too big and too low for this house. Imagine trying to cook and you lean in to stir what’s on the back burner, “BAM” goes the head…with a few curse words - lol
@@stowie7733 Well there's the problem, I'm a single bachelor and according to my son, I am the worst cook on this earth, and have no business in a kitchen, so maybe I wouldn't be the best judge for that so I have to take your word for that. 🤣
Very nice. But I don't understand why so many builders add that huge "knee-knocker" post on the islands. It just limits sitting space and isn't necessary to hold up laminate countertops.

Best way to make the kids feel like part of the family, is to call them a "guest" and have them sleep in the "guest bathroom".
I'd use the smallest bedroom for a pantry
The more and more high end the more it drives mobile home prices up. Might as well buy a regular built home
I don’t recall hearing you give dimensions? Also didn’t see the cabinets/drawers on sink side of island. Sides of deep drawers need to be taller!! Why do they do that anyway ? Where are the HVAC vents ? Floorplan is good. I’d make few changes. Split that middle BR up between bigger bath & bigger 2nd BR. Need linen cabinets. Thus making it a 2/2.
I’d change the tile selection on shower for sure!! Prefer pocket doors for closets & laundry room. If this home came in a 18 or 20 wide, I’d luv it. However I’m NOT a fan of Clayton as a Manufacturer. Way too many reported issues with them. But otherwise, great home and a Great tour !! Thanks 😊

Not bad for a single wide. I’m a triple wide fan. Lol Just don’t like the master bath. The tile was kinda ugly. No tub and no water closet. Closets are always too small in single wides. My family needs way more room. We have hobbies. We also need a workout area so I’m sticking with a house with a basement and garage. My goal is a bigger home with a huge master closet, a pantry, big kitchen with island and table, actual dining room, 2 nd family room, a 3rd bathroom and more than one garage. I live to cook for the holidays but have not been able to in many years because my houses have been too small to fit more than a few people.
The tile in the bathroom is not nice, everything else is good blessings to you and your family.

Mo electric plugs or water faucet's on the front door side of the house. Needs more drawer over cabinets in the kitchen. Personal choice but I wouldn't do the fake wood and shelf in the living room. Get rid of the wire shelving. I'd have a bow window on the front bedroom. Put a patio door on the dining room. That shower in the master bath not my thing. No seat, no soap dish, no hand holds. Is it just me pr what? Why can't they put medicine cabinets behind the mirrors any more?

What is with the wood panels under the windows on the front? Those really look odd and distracting. The interior is lovely except for the ceiling beams. They really make the space feel smaller and my eyes keep being drawn to them. Because I'ved lived in a mobile home myself that was inexpensive at the time it had that cheaper interior that said "trailer". The beams here make the house have that same "trailer" feel. It is otherwise a lovely home at a good price. I would buy it with different options.
I dislike the dark floors, ceiling beams and Black appliances. And that black countertop. I lived in two mobile homes before, and found that winter time here in the north country, I need something cheerier and bright. I would look twice, if I found a light wood floor, and go from there. It seems the trend is dark flooring.
