    I always wondered why he sold so much landscape supply tools/accessories. Now it makes sense. He already has all the product and overhead to store it, adding that online sales component is an easy way to bring in some more revenue. Smart!

      Copper Creek Cuts Lawn Care we run the BALLARD products side completely separate from another facility. But for many years we ran it out of a small bay in our Perficut building until I refocused on it and started to scale it more.

    According to my calculations this guys has to be doing well over 10-15 million a year! Fleet that big, crew that size (30 plus field + all the office workers). This is seriously next level! The other lawn guys in his are probably struggling to get by as a company this large can draw in all the prospects and easily out bid and still get the job done for prfits!

      Ballard Inc we are two hours away from you and always wanted to see your facility. Never had the nerve to pick up the phone. Thanks for letting Blake film this. I remember back in the late 90's or early 2000's we bought our first ez-gate at gie/expo from your booth. It is still on one of our trailers.

    "When firms switched to open offices, face to face interactions fell by 70%" Article fromHarvard, hbr.org/2019/11/the-truth-about-open-offices --- I work as a Software Developer and open offices suck! It makes it feel like you ALWAYS have to be doing something important. And it stops you from Googling stupid questions because it feels like people are always watching your screen. Really Slows down productivity.

    • @austinnipper6460
      @austinnipper6460 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      If what you are googling is about work then google away or ask for help. When you're getting paid, you shouldn't have much down time. A break here and there is one thing, but sitting on the clock and screwing off is one reason they probably want open offices.

    Ya walking around showing everything, but u notice theirs a office with employees, funny thing he didn't say anything about the 2 mil bank note which is owed on all that stuff. No thanks, I have a huge company all to my self, didn't need a bank to earn it, I worked hard bought the stuff myself, i dont have to beg anyone for money to keep my company running, when i need something I'm my own bank. No physical way someone can own all that stuff outright. I speak from personal experience. I know plenty of ppl in the industry who own large operations and often use banks to finance their operations, by the time the item is paid off it's already destroyed by the employees, no thanks on it all...
