Excellent job!
Nice review. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Nice job. Definitely needs that Etsy hopper extender. But now we spend more. The clear and shallow hopper annoys me and it's known to have popcorning. A massive hopper correction really needs to happen before I make a move. So much thought went into that machine and it's so capable. What a shame to go cheesy on the hopper.
Just saw on the Timemore website they now have a 100 gram hopper extension for $30.
What beans do you find commandante performed better for?
How tall is the catch cup? Grinding directly into an Aeropress would be nice, if it's about the same size
I did not measure it but I don't think it's tall enough to grind directly haha
Could you review the 078s as a single grinder for both pour over and espresso? Not a fan of how the DF64 looks/is built
Yup we will definitely do that soon. As an interest in the 078s seems to be higher
looking forward to this video!@@hisbrewcoffee
What grind setting would you say is ideal for the 4:6 method?
It actually depends more the coffee that you are using. For washed coffees we like to start at 6 and go from there.
i thought you could put the lid on backwards in order to put beans into a running machine and then just put it on there quickly. so not a flaw. but whatever.
zerno is better all around. I have both.
Do you know t
The retail price for zerno? Don't think we have it here in Asia yet
@@hisbrewcoffee $1200 ish
Really suprising that its better for 2x price ..
Zerno better all purpose sure, but not a better all around value for filter only consumers. I don’t believe the marginal improvements in the cup you may be able to get from the Zerno is worth it for the majority of people
@@HansProbs Its big improvement. Sold my timemore and bought a 2nd zerno
