I love the honesty. Most times, african braiders braid too tight! And if you get it in the same style, if the length is too short, btw it shrinks like our natural hair so you could blow dry it!❤Praying for your hair!
Hopefully you can find a hairdresser who hears you, sees you and will come along side you on your embracing your natural hair journey. It's just a little speed bump, do not be discouraged! Always your beauty shines through!😊❤

the problem is the hair used. the hair in the picture is different from the hair used. i think kinky twist looks better than the hair in the picture wouldve looked. but i dont do tight

Sorry this happened. You give new places chances 😮. I once had a braid so tight I took it down. So for 24 hours I walked around w/1 braid down. The stylist redid it for me.
Your right its not worth discomfort and if you dont feel it thats ok. Sometimes when you try solething newnit does not work out. But keep trying girl sometimes its great 👍 sending good vibes ❤

This is took a real twist. When the video cut to you after, you had a big smile. I was shook when you said, "I absolutely hate it." I will say I think it looks beautiful on you, but if it's too tight and/or you don't like it, you have to do what makes you happy.
Hey Jeena your hair looks so nice. The picture you showed them is of a woman with lower density than your hair … you have much thicker hair so it looks as it should look. As far as the tightness the Africans will have you wanted to shave your whole hair offff… anyway your beautiful either way ❤
Thr Africans I go to Virginia always do one or two briads and then ask if this is what i want and if not she will redo....i have braids but I'm going to do some crochet hair next but i do that myself you should try those

It could be the direction of the twist or the type of hair used, I do see the difference.. They also added more hair and in the picture it’s less hair . Maybe try doing twist on your natural hair
