You are welcome!😊
I got it here! amzn.to/49gx0e9
It's only $25 and definitely makes it very easy to learn and practice any technique!
@@SeunOkimicant wait😊
no way i just ordered a kinky haired practice mannequin after watching your sew in video so i can practice twisting down rows since i currently have braids, and here you are. doing a tutorial on the exact same type of mannequin. loveee you😭😭😭
This was a fantastic tutorial! Thank you, Seun!
Thank you!! I'm glad it was helpful!!❤️
this finally cleared it up for me. majority of the tutorials i have watched didn't have a clear angle showing the flat twist or the way they were flat twisting made it seem like they were taking hair from the previous sections. I was on the verge of crying from how unclear the videos were. this video has finally calmed me down. thank you!
I'm so glad that it was helpful to you!!
I love that you went right to it. Thank you!
😊😊
This is very comprehendable, I feel like i can do this now😂. Let me try and see how it turns out🤭
Yayy!!🎉 Yes!
True use to look complicated wen I see others try teach it
This video is very comprehendable and I love it..but you make it look so easy! I have really thick hair and I'm learning how to do it (I'm 14) I know over these next few months my twist will look cleaner with consistency, thank you for this video! 😊
i still need to practice more but this is literally the only tutorial that helped me understand ty!! the visuals with the mannequin really helped, and your instructions were very clear :) the repetition of the instructions helped a lot too
Thank you! I’ve really been wanting to wear more flat twist outs and this was so helpful 😊
Wow, someone who just gets right to the point! Thank you so much, so helpful. Love your tutorials

Thank you for sharing keep up the good work looking forward to seeing your VIDEO again so beautiful great job
Thank you!!!
This is the earliest i have been! I have a question- My go to protective styling is box braids or twist and i want to know do you take them down differently than you used to when you had relaxed hair?
Hey!!! No, i take them down the same way! I talk more about this in this video- th-cam.com/video/p8C0rfmVOUM/w-d-xo.html 😊
Can do one with cornrows from front e back and the one from the back way up thanks
Please can you make a video explaining the difference between having split ends and having thin ends.
Thank you Seun❤
You are very welcome!!!❤❤❤
I did it! It’s not as tight as the corn rows but I did it!
thank you so much!
Hi seun!! OK, here's my problem. I want to do a protective style that will last and that actually looks presentable when I go out. I don't have wigs or any thing like that. I am tempted to go back to braids. They are more manageable, and I spend the longest time without munipulating my hair when I have braids. What do u think. In the case of blow drying my hair every time I need to plait, maybe I can do affrican threading. Although I would be putting my hair in the hands of someone else. What do u think?
I think you should learn how braid your hair. In the process of learning u can tie fashionable scarf to town
Yay thank u🎉
I am so early this time🥰
yes!!!!!🥰🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️
How do you stop it from unraveling?
Few options. 1. Twist it fully until the end. 2. Instead of twisting, finishing off with a three strand braid/plait. 3. Rubber bands.
If you’re worried about the twist loosening as you work, hold down the final part of the flat twist with a Bobby pin or 2 while you try one of the three methods. I can’t flat twist nor cornrow so I just roll my hair and end it off with one of the above so I think it should work since the flat twist itself already asks like a sort of foundation rather than loose hair just rolled a line.
Hope I explained it well.
Thx dear
Wish me luck! 😅
im i dump? i cant do the second style ;'(
👍
👍🏽
No matter how many videos I still can't flat twist
Me neither!
Keep practicing! It took me years and I gave up so many times in between because I wouldn't see any progress but the more I kept practicing even ehen they looked unkempt, loose, etc the more I started to actually see progress within just about a month of continuously doing them 🥹
I still haven't mastered them but I believe it's just a work in progress. Sending much love and all my best! ❤️
@@becca295 Did your hair tangle?
@@murielmorrow4306 mmhm, that I admit it did 😅. But it was just for a bit and now I see it happens less and less and my hair is growing better cause there's less breakage.
I'd recommend trying to flat twist on stretched hair because i've personally seen it minimises the amount of tangles.
Same here 🙄
My daughter can do a flat twist on her hair 0:29 🙄
Okay??? Congratulations? Click another video then?
