I always find the Australian accent very pleasant to listen to and the voice is indeed pleasant to hear aswell. It's easy to follow and understand for me and I guess for other people who don't have English as their first language aswell. I generally don't have any trouble understanding most accents but Australian for me is one of the easiest to listen to.

I'm reasonably sure it is Max who swats the Netflix crew away as they did him dirty in the first season and I think I've heard mention he does not do interviews or anything like it for them anymore (don't quote me on that) which, if true, will be a problem this season as he is the challenger for the big prize. They presented him as the bad guy so I can't blame him one bit. Smart by Netflix to antagonize a guy that will be around for a long long time to come...

It’s mind blowing to me that the first season didn’t include Mercedes or Ferrari the entire first season, but it was still a great show. They are pretty good at crafting a story.

@@theanswerisfortytwo8481 this was because they were the 2 teams who didn't agree to the deal, but seeing the popularity the show got in its first season, they agreed for the second season and onwards

On the vortices, what you are actually seeing is when the air pressure drops, the amount of moisture that the air is capable of holding also drops, so the moisture forms effectively little clouds in the area of Low Pressure, however when the pressure equalizes, that water vapor instantly evaporates again.

When I first went to Monaco general admission it was the cheapest F1 tickets I've ever bought (€30 Sat, €70 Sun), this was 2011 though. GA in Monaco is just a free-for-all on the western side of the city, OK for Qualifying but not great for the race.
You'd think they wouldn't need a track map after so long!

Re Paddock Club tickets. We paid £2600-odd each for 2 days at Silverstone this year and on offer was a pit lane tour and a trip around the circuit. We found that tickets were strictly limited and we had to queue for an hour in the blistering heat to get tickets for the pit lane tour. We could not be in two queues at once so missed out completely on the circuit trip. Added to which we had a 40 min walk to get to the Hospitality Transport to take us to the Paddock Club. On day 2 we queued for an hour and a half in blazing sunshine waiting for the Paddock Club to open. No coordination between the organisations doing transfers to/from the Hotel. So unnecessary. Huge amount of money for great hospitality and a wonderful couple of meals. Never again.
Thanks for the info. Realized having gone to couple of gps my self standing in lines at least couple of hrs for just a glimpse..etc its just not worth it. Waste of time, energy and money. Maybe once but surely never again.
That sounds like a prick of an arrangement. Paddock Club at Albert Park is around $4500 for 3 days and is above the F1 garages in Pit Lane. Includes 2 Pit Lane walks each day.
I'm sure Denial didn't need to take a bath physically with Seb to feel like he's actually bathing with that old friend.

I got my Hungaroring tickets for 10,000 HUF, that is roughly 35 USD.
3day ticket, that was.

@@CallieMasters5000 It wasnt a tribune ticket, you could go and sit wherever you wanted excluding the tribunes. And there were plenty of great spots, the fences run quite close to the track at numerous spots.
The mystery driver that swats Netflix cameras is a MALE ... well that certainly helps to narrow it down!

All capable males over 18 have to go trough military training in finland my father for example is a sergerant and thats not that special of a rank.

The previously cheapest ticket was for the Malaysian GP, which was around RM 100 or roughly $30. On the last Grand Prix, I snagged a grandstand ticket for around $90!

Satu failure dia adalah SIC tak tegas mintak date jauh dari Singapore GP. Bila dah back to back orang lebih nak pergi Singapore sebab "fun". Yelah, Singapore punya race dalam bandar, Sepang dalam hutan tepi airport, mana tak fun.
Kalau Sepang buat race bulan March lepas Australia & Singapore buat race bulan 9-10, rasanya masih berjalan lagi kot F1.

I’m guessing Max because he’s like a ghost in all 3 seasons and he was presented as the ‘bad’ guy to Daniel’s ‘good’ guy’ in the very first episodes, and being the cause of Daniel leaving which is of course, just the way reality shows like to frame things for extra drama….
I’d be pisst off too. So if I was Max, I would be the swatter. Not very bright of Netflix considering it’s tough to create he drama-filled season of their dreams without having Max cooperate, esp this year. Christian will have to make him sit down with them.
But remember, Netflix have a floating crew that covers everybody in the paddock
