I haven't followed Formula 1 week by week until this year - what a year to join in! So much appreciate the way in which these really young men handle themselves - that's definitely part of the joy of it.
Same here, I’ve been loosely following F1 for a few years (watching a couple races per season) but I really dove into it this year watching every quali and race.
It seems all the drivers are aware of becoming truly professional in their character.. all of these young men seem to try and contain their emotions and express them with a sense of awareness and respect to others.
I haven't been this excited for McLaren since Hamilton was there. Zak Brown, Carlos Sainz, Lando and Danny Ric have done great for this team over the past few years. And obviously the mechanics and workers too.
2007 for me.. Alonso and a young Hamilton.. Went to the first race in Melbourne.. It soured by the end of the year though.. 😕 McLaren was my team growing up.. Loved Prost winning all those races and titles.. Then Senna came along and ruined that for me.. 😅
