Well, thanks again. Last year I needed to do the driver's door, this week the passenger. The driver side cable broke. The passenger side motor quit functioning. I did have to cut the cable since the motor wouldn't cycle the window down. I had to reach in to the uppermost main cable and tug it out to the side with my fingers and the boss (mi esposa) used a bolt cutter on it for me. Cutting the easy to reach cables didn't release the window. I appreciate the effort required to post these videos. Much appreciated.
is there a way to just swap the motors?? I just had to replace the whole door assembly on my drivers front explorer from being hit , i bought a used door and the plugs arent the same so i need to swapp or buy new,,

my 2002 explorer ltd has clips opposite the rivets so no drilling required

The door panels on the 02-05 explorers are a little different. Nathan Rohrbough has a pretty good video on them
What was the length of the M6 bolt you used?
Does the regulator from 1aauto come with new window hardware?
