I am a mustang guy. This car sounds bone chilling. Its pure hard on material man. I can't believe any true gearhead would think that sounds gay. It sounds like the apocalypse coming down your street. It gives me goosebumps, but the smells are even better. The min I smell race fuel, it doesn't matter what the brand car is anymore, if it requires race gas, I am a fan.

I saw a Video of i believe red Bull where they showed the build of this car and said if they go to max boost it can have 1500hp. But 578 is definetly way to low for a turbo´d 26b.Even Rob Dahms 3 Rotor made 750 to the wheels.

ChrisLovesToGame It has a 26b 4 rotor. It's basically two 13b (the engine RX7s come with) engines mated together with a heap of mods to get the setup to work, it's probably bridge or peripheral ported too. It was built by Pulse Performance in NZ, their site doesn't give a price for a 4 rotor, but their tuned 3 rotors are $30,000, so a quad would be upwards of $45,000. You could probably build one yourself for around $20,000, but it takes a lot of rotary expertise to get right

You need two 13b MSPs (The engine from the RX8)
You need to custom machine an eccentric shaft to operate between the four rotors, peripheral port them, raise the rev-limit, run it on a 55mm throttle body for each rotor and use an exhaust with little to no silencing.
That'll be around $30k without supporting mods

CATDOGEMO9 f1 cars last year revved even higher, up to 18k. a few years before even higher to 21k both with the v8 engines. the new turbo v6's will rev up to 15k though. honesly though, this rotary sounds nothing like an f1 engine to me, but that's just my opinion :P
