    Property Description:
Rummers hold a special place in PacNW modernism. Sellers will provide a rate buy down AND $10K in closing costs with a full price offer. This is an incredible opportunity for instant equity. Recently appraised at $1M, this home delivers clean lines, timeless architecture, and meticulous craftsmanship. Magazine worthy atrium and classic Rummer layout, with a larger single level floor plan and attached two car garage with plenty of storage. Open concept main living with hand-hewn cabinetry: notice the grain alignment in the teak. Tongue & groove vaulted ceilings, clever built ins, modern finishes. Custom utility area with Fire Clay tile. Pendant lamp imported from Norway, among other meticulous design details. Built on a crawlspace (rare!). Fresh paint. New carpet. Membrane roof checks out. New high end exterior windows. Notable architect Robert Rummer's goal was to design homes that bring the outside, in. His highly sought-after homes have legions of fans. Japanese-inspired landscaping with weather controlled irrigation. Sedum in full bloom, low profile landscape. Commuting convenience, and a wooded park at the end of the street. Fanno trails also near. Tucked into a row of Rummers, this home is remarkable. 11 minutes to Nike campus. Yes it's close to 217, but sellers say it's white noise.

Stunning home.... virtually zero contemporary builds come even close to the quiet majestity of mid-century design. We need to backtrack and revisit design for ordinary living in style.

Beautiful. Just like an Eichler house 👍

Yes. Eichler style homes should be affordable to build. Basically post and beam. You can leave the concrete on the floor, use concrete blocks and such. The only thing that I would change on MCM homes are the galley kitchens. Too small and remote from the eating and living area.

Please. Stop with the continuous swooping camera movement. It would be nice to occasionally just pause and appreciate the space with a slow pan. Let me see what it would be like to stand there and look around, instead of running through the space like you have only a couple of minutes before the next showing.

This was a fad that HGTV did incessantly. They stopped doing it a year or two ago. Unwatchable.
