Thanks for the video. We have a Rummer and here are a few interesting facts. These homes were built by Robert Rummer based on plans taken from the Bay Area developer Eichler (Eichler sued Rummer after Rummer built 700 of them, settling out of court). Eichler built several hundred thousand of them around the bay, most designed by legendary architect A. Quincy Jones as “affordable homes”. There are about 15 different basic designs with variations in the interior layout and other details. We have a problem with Robert Rummer taking credit or being credited with the designs given the genius A. Quincy Jones and a couple other of Eichler’s architects put into the designs. If you look at Rummer’s other homes, like in the Cul de sacs in Heather Court, Glenn Court or Forest Glenn Court in Beaverton it is easy to tell which are Eichler/Jones designs and which are Rummber’s actual designs as the aesthetics are starkly different. Robert’s are very much late 1960’s contemporary, not modern, such as split levels, stacked two-stories, basic rectangular ranch, etc.

You neglected to show the homeless camp on the sidewalk, the used drug needles, the stripped out stolen cars on the street, the graffiti on everything, the tweeker neighbors, the dilapidated pot hole filled street, and the exorbitant amount of nightly shootings!
