I’m 72 yr old woman. That was excellent. I need lots of practice on the backward wrist and Cossack squats but this was excellent for mobility. Many thanks
Insanely helpful graphics. Most people keep you ignorant of why you're making that move, or if they try to explain, it's not as helpful as the graphics indicating the location of the body you're working.
Just what I needed. I had never seen anything more suited for my current needs. Love the dislay of muscles used. Maybe after a while I will be able to step up to more complex exercises but this is a wonderful start. Thank you

Thank you so much! I was looking for a 15-20 minutes mobility routine. Yours are the best. I alternate 4 of your routines. The best option for busy people. I play tennis 5-6 days a week and work with the computer every day. Tennis is a great tool to stay young and to be in a good shape but it doesn't give you full mobility. I will recommend your routines to all my busy friends.

Can you please do specific sessions for problems please: mobility with knee pain, Upper Mobility with shoulder pain, Hip mobility with back pain, Ankle mobility with mobility issues, chair mobility, No floor mobility etc etc. Also add DAILY to your titles to make people come back every day and increase your view count. I think it will help widen your audience. I love your videos. Keep up the good work.

Would you be able to come up with a wrist free routine. I sustained a left wrist fracture 3 years ago, and since then, I have struggled with floor work, etc.
Very well paced and smooth actions. Just a word or caution regarding the neck circles over extension should be avoided and those with cervical spondylitis to consult their ortheopedician overall a good video for beginners

Ein Tipp: der downward dog ist effektiver mit aktiven Armen und aktiven Schultern sowie einem richtigen 90 Grad Winkel von rücken und Hüfte. Dazu ggf. Die Beine etwas anwinkeln und auch eine leichte Beugung in den Ellenbogen einstellen. Gute Beweglichkeit für alle!❤
