hello! its been very hard for me to sleep for this past week, because I’ve always thought there’s a monster, or a faceless person who will open my door and kill my grandparents then go under my bed and I can’t sleep because I’m scared that will happen. but everything is a vision from your eyes. your brain loves messing with you so you get scared but it’s because your tired.
