The text was basically that Rose wanted to go home because it was getting really dark and the boy said why don't you stay at my house, the girl said but I want to stay at my house not your house. He basically was just being very manipulative and kept on trying to convince her that If she was her girlfriend then she should stay at his house
it's been a while since i've watched the video, but it's worth mentioning that the boyfriend likely wasn't actually a kid, but a grown man who was preying on september(/rose).
Having been through this situation myself, I read that long bit of text that Lauren skipped and could feel chills down my spine.

I feel like the popular boy kissing game is from the seniors point of view. Amy doesn’t like kissing him and it makes her uncomfortable but he’s forcing her to. But he’s convinced himself she likes him back.. (sa)
That could be a possibly, however I don’t think that it’s in his pov. Amy is a freshman (or I think so, from her constantly saying her high school life, which leads me to believe she’s fresh out of middle school.) Freshmen are normally very pressured into making themselves popular or having a good 4 years in high school. Seniors are graduating at the end of the school year, which means they’ve experienced high school, and most of the time are turning 18 if not over 18.
I think that Amy was being taken advantage of by the senior, which she doesn’t realize at first. She thinks that the seniors actually likes her (which is highly unlikely), Amy doesn’t realize she’s being manipulated into a relationship with the senior due to her being a freshman, she’s new to the high school scene and naive.
However further into the game she feels jealous that the senior is paying more attention to his girlfriend. But even further into the game she feels gross, disgusted that she kissed the senior. In the levels you can see the senior becoming more touchy, grabbing her and more. In the last level she has a pained or anxious look on her face when her and the senior are kissing, also the seniors hands are very important.
After she slaps him and yells, probably from all the disgusting feelings she has been having (which is understandable). In the end screen she’s shown to be happy, but then says she feels gross. I feel as if she has convinced herself that the senior loves her, but she still feels disgusting. She has convinced herself this is normal, which it isn’t.
I think the senior is sa’ing her, even if it doesn’t go beyond kissing it still is sa. Even if she agreed to it before, she shows a very strong dislike and blames herself. Which is common in victims of sa. Freshmen being taken advantage of by seniors is so common, and this game was a good representation. It wasn’t glorified or sexualized, it shows the effects Amy is going through, I’m happy they didn’t go in to a lot of detail, but you can easily see the effects it’s having on her. Even without the super detailed and long effects of such a relationship.

When I was younger I took medicine for my ADHD and I used to think it was weird but now I like to think it just makes me see the world in a different way! So I really appreciate games like that to make kids and teenagers feel more normal about themselves and it’s not weird it’s just human!

I have aways been the definition of adhd since I was little but when I was 9/10 they got me tested and no surprise I had ADHD,the accommodations I got for ADHD would’ve been helpful if I had them from the start because when I got them my teacher didn’t care about them and refused to follow them
I have ADHD but my mom likes to pretend I don’t, whenever i’m around my brother he brings up the fact that he can tell I have it bc i’m always hyper n such my mom says she wont give me medication for it bc my siblings used to take it and they complained that they felt like zombies🤷♀️

I was first diagnosed with ADHD when I was 12. Before then I thought something was wrong with me and I hated myself for not being "normal". My teachers would put me in a room that only had a single desk in it because they didn't want to deal with me. My parents were working during the day, and always got home super late. I felt so alone. 8:39 Lauren seemed very confused on what happened in this game so I thought I’d explain. Our main character becomes borderline obsessed with a senior boy, who already has a girlfriend. This is to cause misleading, as the story goes ti show the senior groping and most likely assaulting the girl sexually, hence why at the end, she goes into a room and then after the win screen, she says “ I feel gross.” Hope this helps anyone who’s confused!

No, I think it means that adhd has different affects on different people. Like the girl in the game got made fun of because she doesn't have good grades, and that's why they don't like her. It really depends on what kind of people your around.
I have EXTREME adhd and get really bad grades, I'm lucky that my friends don't care about that and understand my condition.

The kissing game seemed to be about an abusive or manipulative relationship, as the game progressed, she seemed to get more and more uncomfortable, and he kept getting more and more touchy. Idk why I'm talking about it. Just found it to be a cool subject for one of those "games"
17:43 is a conversation between "Rose" and her boyfriend I think. The boyfriend and Rose are out somewhere, and Rose wants to go home, as it is late, and her mother would get worried. The boyfriend mentions how far her home was from where they were and about how his home was closer. She again says how she would like to go to her home, and that she could walk there. He says he doesnt want his girlfriend to be walking home alone, as it is dangerous. Conversation cuts there.

Lauren!!! you need to play omori!! It’s similar to ddlc in how it looks cute but actually has some very creepy themes. It takes kinda long to finish playing but it shows great themes of friendship and how loss can affect people. It’s such a great game and I think you’d love it!!

"Violet can't find it" should've been kept instead of being banned (she said it's banned soooo...) it's a good representation of kids struggling of ADHD.
I don't have ADHD (atleast i don't THINK so) but i know the feeling of having a hard time concentrating on something and always getting distracted to the point I'm dissapointed on myself for not finishing on such simple tasks and leaving them unfinished for too long.
Same goes for the "kissing game" it's a good representation of a abusive toxic relationship and possible signs you need to see to prevent this.
