[EDIT] They turned them off twice.
If you want to turn your comments on, go onto a computer click your channel and click TH-cam studio, click settings on the side bar, then click upload defaults, then click advanced settings and where is says comments click allow all comments or hold potentially inappropriate comments for review, then click save and click content on the side bar, then click the videos that the comments are disabled which will appear with a blue box which a white check mark, then go to edit and click comments and put allow all comments then click update videos. Then you have comments allowed! This also happened to me and I hope you read this and helps get your comments back also one thing I want to say is for me every video I uploaded I had to check it and redo all the steps except the settings steps. I love your channel :D
