  • Las Vegas Pinball Hall of Fame Pinball Museum is 25,000 square feet of pinball machines and some old classic arcade games. It is located almost righ in front of the Mandalay Bay (10 min by walk). A must do in Las Vegas!

I was just there for the first time and at least half of the game were turned off and not even working! The entire place needed an overhaul and upgrade to look better!

Yeah, unfortunately since it's moved from the old location, it's so much more popular now, and they can't handle all the traffic keeping the games running. The old business model doesn't seem to be working anymore. They may have to switch to an admission based business and charge market prices to afford to pay staff to keep the machines running.

This is Tim Arnold his collection, he can do whatever he wants to do with it, he is running funds for charity all year long.. and yes everyone wants every game to be working but with hundreds of games that is a very tough task, if I were living close I would have, fix most games

@@Toxici I understand your position. I agree it would be very hard to maintain a warehouse full of machines being played carelessly by tourists, especially when the staff are unpaid volunteers. I also agree that it's reasonable that a small percentage of the games at any time will probably not be working, as pins break all the time.
My rebuttal, first with a question: have you been there lately?
50% of the machines, including some of the newest ones, are turned off. Many of the ones that are older and are running are so beat up that they are running on the easiest rule settings and pretty much give away free plays to compensate for the terrible condition the machines are in. I am amazed South Park was running. At the current going rate, it's only going to get worse. Not much of a "Hall Of Fame" when most of the machines won't be running.
I am sure the staff are trying their best, but this place should come with a disclaimer.
I would gladly pay a $40 daily admission to go to a place of this size full of working machines. They can take a percentage of that and give it to charity. I appreciate Tim's efforts, but it's time the staff reevaluates their business model.
      Cheers. :)

Have you been there lately? A lot of the machines that were off have been repaired recently

Last week a group from out of state came in and fixed 62 machines.

Owner and co-founder Tim Arnold of the Pinball Hall of Fame did an amazing job during his lifetime to accumulate such sensational collection of machines and should be proud of his achievements for sure. Thanks for sharing this video.
