Autumn Light | S2:E3 - Mountain Ghosts

In this week's installment, I head into the Swan Mountains in pursuit of dramatic light on the edge of a clearing low pressure system. And my gosh, did it deliver.
This was one the most action packed 48-hours of photography I've ever had. I considered splitting this episode in two, but decided against it. It's really one complete unit. Replete with several meteorological optical phenomena - spectre of the brocken, glories, rainbows, crepuscular rays - the experience left me with goosebumps, as if I were in the presence mountain ghosts.

ooh! That's amazing. I meant to get up there again this year, but ended up getting caught up in shooting all of the local Wilderness areas.
