Coffee rim on a gin cocktail?? Strange.. I get the gin and elderflower and citrus for sure but that coffee rim threw me for a loop. maybe a grapefruit sugar rim?
It also seems like this should be a shaken drink with less Orange Juice. I think equal parts OJ and Honey syrup and then 2 parts Gin shaken then served in a highball topped with Tonic is the way to go here.
@@LordFang1217 Agreed. According to Leandro of Educated Barfly, any cocktail with sugar being mixed with citrus requires shaking rather than stirring...and the coffee rim was disturbing to me too! :/ But her eyes, though...
