If you have swelling in your legs or tightness and swelling in any part of your body this is what you need. Thanks Barbara, you are a blessing to mankind ❤️❤️❤️👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾.

    My uncle is over 90 years old. He’s been rebounding for 50 years that I know of.
    Has a banana farm so he eats a banana a day at least and has eaten papaya with the seeds for as long as I can remember daily.
    I can remember going to the zoo in Sydney and watching a monkey sitting on a branch, crap in its own hand and pick out the pawpaw seeds to re-eat them. I thought at the time, damn uncle knows what he’s doing.!! He didn’t pick through his own poo but hopefully you get what I mean.
    He’s probably the healthiest 90 plus year old I’ve seen.

    It also helps calm the left/thinking/logical mind or brain, and allows the right / Intuitive/ creative mind to be in harmony with the left, so it helps with anxiety, overthinking etc as well.
    It also helps release stored emotions as it detoxes on a cellular level and we store emotions and trauma in the cells so, really it is a phenomenal thing to be doing every day!!!!

      I wanted to buy one, but read it is not good for pelvis muscles for older women, it could weaken the muscles and create prolapse . I'm in my 50's - What do you think?

    • @dapperdishboy
      @dapperdishboy 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +18

      @moniquenb1182 I would say any form of movement would help the muscles in some way, rather than staying sedentary. The way she shows it in the video is very light and beginner friendly. As we age, muscles do tend to atrophy naturally, but this can be stymied by staying active and lifting weights. If you are worried about prolapsing, you can do kegel exercises to help strengthen your pelvic floor.

    The rebounder is more protective to your knee and hip joints.
    Your calf muscles are your second heart of the body, moving fluid from your feet back up for circulation, that is why walking and rebounding and building those muscles is so important. We are not told how important those muscles are. You are bouncing every cell up and down in your body, it is fun.

    I’ve been rebounding for about 3 years now on the advice of Barbara. I’m 61 and love it! My routine includes stretching and balance exercises in the breaks between sets and my whole workout is done in about 20 minutes…and it’s fun! Cheers, John

    Just think about it. My dad used to say praising God has it's benefits. As I read the Bible as I got older, I began to understand what he meant.
    Bodily exercise profit little but Godliness profit all things.
    (1 Timothy 4:10 KJV)
    (Psalms 103:2 KJV)
    He teaches us to lift our hands to worship Him, jump for joy, laughter does good like a medicine, shout unto God, call on Him, praise Him in the dance, and the list goes on. There's so much to our Lord and Saviour that we have yet to tap into. God is so great.
    We must yield not only our souls and minds, but our bodily members also.
    If He inhabitants the praises of His people, then once we draw God in praise/worship, we are charged by his incredible working power.
    This post is an awesome demonstration of God's creative power concerning us.
    Blessed be Jesus Christ forever!❤
    Thank you for sharing!❤

    wow YOUR info is an answer to prayer! I haven't seen a doctor because I distrust medical professionals, but I recently stumbled on some information about lymph nodes and why I have such radical inflammation problems and skin problems and pretty much all my problems could be because of my lymph system. Thank you and praise Jesus

    Wonderful 😻However You don’t have to buy a trampoline and bounce to activate your lymphatic system. There are many other ways: You can swing your arms and legs, go for a brisk walk, do thai chi, brush your skin with a dry natural bristle brush, lift weights, garden, swim, do any form of exercise you enjoy, get a lymphatic massage.😊

    My trampoline is in my closet. I’m getting it out. I didn’t realize how effective that could be. It’s really great for your ankles. I thought it wasn’t because when I tried it, my ankles were killing me but that’s probably because I’m fat and probably because I don’t work out anymore, so thank you for showing me the trampoline, which is the rebounder

    • @theshadylady1982
      @theshadylady1982 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The ankles get tight if you aren't very active and that's likely where a lot of the pain is coming from. Stick w it and they'll loosen up quickly... which will also help prevent future injury as well.
