Presello never disappoint with their designs. Its very simple yet still have this classy style. I want to live on a condo because I want my own space and it feels more secure compared to common apartments, also im not a very entertaining person so i dont really appreciate unannounced guest. Unfortunately my parents wouldn't allow me to live on my own. Sucks to be a filipino sometimes. Anyway my fave part is the pool and the fitness room.

You got some fabulous units for sale frankly speaking I just watch these just for Julia. she’s incredible, she’s doing absolutely a fantabulous job she’s an assert to Presello
I like these units. I consider it a no frills building (which hopefully translates to lower condo fees), but with enough panache in the layout and finishes (ie- high ceilings, premium tiles, quality windows) to give the units a substantial feel. (I do NOT like though their use of window type aircons and cheapo plastic doors for the bathrooms.) What I would like to know is if the condo board would allow the the transformation of those spacious balconies / patios into a solarium.

Nice large windows. Excellent view of the wall. 😅 That kinda sucks having large windows and your only view is a wall. Such a waste being in a condo with out a view. Joking aside, a walk through of the nearby proximity would be good to provide a good sense of the neighborhood. 👌🏼
Unrelated but this whole pandemic has made me very squeamish about elevator buttons and other things that different people touch (fomites) . Please sanitize always Julia! Nice video!
You know I love you and your videos. I think you are virus free as well. Having said that, the main concept of wearing face mask is not only for your self but for others. Even if there are nobody around you. Case in point: what if a person is asymptomatic and you are just alone without a mask? Then it is very possible to spread the virus thru the things that you touch like door handles, elevator buttons, chairs, etc etc. The next person who will be in those spots can easily get the virus. Again, not saying that you have covid or not, but everybody must wear mask and use alcohol to the fullest. Sorry for this post which unrelated to your nice condo tour video. Stay safe all.

Last time I was in Manila. I stayed at Grand Hamptons II condo at BGC, Taguig. That 2bed 2bath condo was awesome. I booked it at Airbnb.
