This house is huge but no dedicated space for laundry, pet space. I have watched smaller houses here in youtube too, the 3D designs less than a hundred square meter yet the designer/architect of the house is able to place a dedicated space/room for laundry and for pet.
there is a dedicated laundry area. its impossible for that part not to be included.
Hindi ko alam bakit gusto ng ibang home presenters ang distorted wide angle lens at blurry 30 fps sobrang sakit sa mata. Iba talaga ang homescape, maayos ang video editing at pakiramdam ko talagang nandun ako sa bahay dahil sa quality upload. Dumami pa sana ang subscribers and viewers ninyo para naka-4k na din like indonesian house presenters.

May mga homeowners po kasi na nasa kitchen din ang modern washing machine/fast dryer. Sa US at japan maliit na lang ang space na nilalaan sa laundry area.

Facade maganda sya, automated gate sa carport 9/10. Pool tiles old style ung pag ka blue hindi na maganda para sakin ang ganyang tiles. Doors windows sliding doors 9/10 maganda halos lahat. Main door 9/10 bumagay ung laki ng main door sa bahay. Hindi na kasi maganda ang kasing liit ng cabinet ang main door. Powder room 6/10 i like it na hindi sya nasa ilalim ng hagdan pero super minus points ang walang bintana sa cr talga at black tiles sa lababo ao kahit anong part ng cr basta may black panget nagmumukang madumi. First bedroom, maganda ung laminated floor at ung pagkalagay ng bintana. Maganda rin ung cr minus sa black na lalagyan ng mga toiletries. Plus points sa half glass sa shower area. Living area chandelier 100000/10 sliding door 100000/10 kasi may mahabang bubong meaning may fresh air ka at hindi papasok ang sinag ng araw. Elevator bonus nlng un lalo na kung may elderly or disabled na kapamilya pero hindi sya requirement para magmukang ssosyal or mayaman.

What are all the gaps on the main entrance doors that are showcased on these luxury homes?, 1/2+ inch. gap at the bottom of the main door on this home at Php. 128 mil. I saw one at Presello price of the home is $7.4 mil. at least more than 1/2 inch.. gap length-wise.
