- Espresso 3shots (90ml)
- Iced full cup 16 Oz (480ml)
- Add cold water 30% of cup 16 Oz.

Why you don't make the amercano normally and put it in refrigerator to cold down and after than you put it in the ice
When you do that the Americano will be not hot and will not make the ice melt and the amercano will not ne test like water

Not the author of the video, but in our coffee shop, things get really busy so putting it in refrigerator is a nonsense/bother. No customer wants to wait additional 10-15 minutes just for the espresso to be luke-warm in the end. Better to add more ice after you pour all the coffee in, it does its job to keep the drink cold and we never had an issue with negative reviews. :)
@@terkahlawiczkova see the problem here is the time and money but this are all an nsolved problems if you are smart seller and you have sales plan
So why you study how many customers ordered ice Americano and you take percentage of that and make Americano fit that percentage
For example I sale 20 cup of ice Americano every so I put around 20 cups in refrigerator and make 20 good ice Americano not some water and little bit of ice with tast of coffee
