I always put in magic effects (and i format them correctly (16 bit and 48000 Hz) and locate them in the right folder (data>sound>fx>mag>"custom folder name here") and the creation kit does not play them. WHY D:
Felix Ironfist create a height map styled texture file in paint or similar program, refer to the ones used for the effect shaders in CC, then find someway of importing your custom texture it into CC using the file name and correct format. In game, Alpha blend is applied according to the strength of the height map styles texture. You can select colors and many other preferences
Is there a recommended bit rate or something? I converted my audio to .wav and they aren't being played in game. I followed this step by step as closely as I thought lol.
