    What a perfect workout! Worked out all the kinks of a long week sitting at a desk AND kicked my ass! I discovered you recently through your one-dumbell workouts and I am your new #1 fan. I loved the combo of mobility and HIIT! Edited to add: "your belly should look like a sharpei's face" made me LOL

    Me: "hey! this is so much fun I almost don't hate burpees anym.... (NOPE. still hate burpees), but that's the closest I've even been to "actually enjoying a burpee" so KUDOS! and thanks for another great workout! I appreciate all the time/effort that you put into making these genuinely fun and always different

    Great workout! My left hip was making a popping/adjustment noise during the bringing the leg part in of the straddle stretch to in out. Guess I need to do some hip strengtheners!

    Hi Kaitlin. Thats an allsome exercises and work out! I notice most women doing them and yoga they wear the leggings, should i do the same? My short shorts probably arnt appropriate doing them bending over and spreading my legs. Ive done some of these exercises in town where they do it and been wearing my joggers but they fit me just like leggings and wondering if I should just keep wearing them. U just dont see guys wearing leggings but i really like them. Keep up the good work!

    I really enjoyed the stretch at the end. It made all those donkey burpees worth it,
