Avalanche nailed it with this game. No one's talking about how stunning the wasteland looks, its deep atmosphere, how great the story turned out to be or how respectful they treated the license. I can't believe how so many sites and mags could be so blind about its quality. A 9/10 in my book.
One of the collectibles is a film poster of Mad Max to which Max responds with confusion. The plane from MM3 and the mannequins on it would also tie into the theory that Max in the game and fury road is not the original Max but a child he met through his travels who grew up to emulate him.
OH WOW! been playing Mad Max and got the teddy bear hod ornament. I had a thought ,i think i found a easter egg. That bear kinda looks like Lot-so from Toy Story 3. Hmm remember what happened to him at the end of the movie a garbage man picked him up and tied him to the front of his car. So Lot-so is his hod ornament. I wonder if that was intentional, a fun nod to that movie..
The Christmas tree was a reference to a Doctor Who Christmas episode where the mannequins came to life and hand guns in their hands... it was a good episode.

The boss at Old Hole oil camp at Grandrise in Pink Eye's territory has tattoos on his arms, chest etc, and a 3 on his vest. Not sure if it means anything, just an observation.
On the dunes part of the map there's a underground base with a car, the car is real you can shoot the tires, there's a gate, but you can't get in the car
There is also a shadow of the colossus Easter egg you can find a silver tail lizard in the old church for a side mission for pink eye I don't know if it's rare or if it can only be found there because it was my first time seeing one it also makes sense it would be in a church because lizards like that on shrines in shadow of the colossus edit: there is only one saw somebody else do a vid of it
One thing I saw is on the chumbuckets back there is a black hand with a bit of the middle missing. It may be because hes a black finger but it looks to me like the black brotherhood hand from the elder scrolls series. What do yall think?
Joe Shmoe I highly recommend this game, although you may find some parts repetitive it's still an enjoyable game. Story mode is a little short but side missions, car customization and upgrades make up for it, There's tons of things to do. You can get this game for $20-30 tops which is well worth the price.
JBotello88 just picked the game up for £9 here in Britain buddy. Really good game, like you say a little repetitive at times but the free roam, side missions and the car combat made up for that😊
