Give them the 3.0L diesel or 5.3L v8 and see that their mileage vastly improves.
I have a ZR2 and it is great.. The DSSV's absorb the road so well.

Before doing the MPG road test you could do a real world 0-60 test. A number of TH-cam road tests seem to be by people living at 4,000 ft elevation which effects 0-60 in a negative way.
I will keep that in mind. I have been wanting to get a 0-60 GPS system.
I question any rating from motor trend.
Skip these and get a 1500 they get almost the same fuel economy
Yeah, the point of mid-size is to still have a long bed with a smaller foot print. This thing is as big as my older F150 with a useless length bed.
Unless you don't want a giant truck. It's more than the mpg.
New full size are giant and too large to fit in a garage.
