@@saintluke2510 he talks about handstand push-ups here rather than the actual act of standing in your hands. Which is fine but I need to reach that point first
@@GalacticYuna ah I see. You wanna have a wall in front of you. Go up on the hand stand but have your feet lean against the wall. And practice pulling your feet away from the wall and getting used to the weight distribution. Hand stands are kinda hard... Cuz right when your in the right spot... You feel as though your tipping over. At first. Gotta get used to that feeling of all your weight being centered. Takes getting used to. Use a wall.
This is the best handstand pushup ive seen I was looking hard for a video on this in the past and couldnt really find someone doing actual reps. Insane Man
So sick! I’m locked in for the full routine. I’ve got some exciting times ahead this year with the progress behind me from last year. I finally nailed (frog) crow to handstand last year and I’m getting into shoulder stands recently!
I can hold a handstand for a good while but the second i decide to lower down to do a pushup i lose balance.. I'm going to start over and try these steps. 🙏 Many thanks for sharing!
The handstand is the next movement skill/practice that I want to learn. Please teach me more! (I would love the full tutorial!) Thanks for all that you do.
I am so obsessed with overhead movement 😍 With 12 i started handstand holds I got a 10s hold and was very happy But damn i saw a handstand press and that was my goal I started and got advanced but i got an shoulder injury 😢 A few weeks ago i am finally recovered and i can start training again and i will get that handstand press 🔥
