Those little roses would make some great necklaces. Beautiful rock specimens.

I don't think the rocks are inappropriate. It's where the mind is going😂.
Nice finds! What a fun day.

Saw your article in GPAA did not know you were from Oregon. You may know and if you get to Oregon any WINCHESTER TRAILS is a great agate hunting area. They are from the ancient shoreline. Once onto the Winchester trails road off Hwy 101 make the first right and head up any ol way towards the end of that road park and start looking. Big orange, reds, and vanilla agates. They did some logging up there likely revealed many more.

Inappropriately shaped rocks are the best. Nice to see female forms represented. Like just about everything else, the male form is usually the most plentiful. Fun, but not as pleasing to the eye.
I think you should do an inappropriately shaped rock calendar for 2025. I've seen them on various sites in the past, but none were from a geologist who could also drop some knowledge along with the images. I'd buy it. I'd buy several and give them as holiday gifts.

BTW, did you grab the chalcedony rose? If so, would you consider selling it to some goofball online? Asking for a friend. I'm the friend. Me. I'm asking for me.

Elley, where is/are your squirt bottles of water? Your stones' patterns will show up Much better than they do. Just a suggestion. Enjoy your enthusiam. Wish I was 30 years younger and could get out rockhounding again in CT. We don't have the agates, jaspers, etc., that you are showing in this video, But Connecticut has some minerals other states don't.. If you should ever get to CT you should check out some of the seven Rock, Gem & Mineral Clubs, three if which I've been a member of for many years. Two of the clubs have have Rock, Gem & Jewelry Shows which the clubs sponser: one club in early October, the other in early March. I can give you their websites, if you are interested.
      Enjoy your videis!

Yes that’s a bit irritating. It’s a bit like having two different sound monos at once. One sound on one side and another sound on the other side… such as in EarPods.
