How did you manage to get a 330d to start without much smoke? Mines smoking a lot first thing in the morning!
Donno, everything important under the bonnet is new, injectors, glow plugs/module, fuel pump, rail sensor, regulator, new turbo…. Head was just fully rebuilt as well so no valve seals leaking

Gutted and piped, will in next few weeks do a 3” downpipe and straight pipe it. Yea the under tray took like 7 hours to be made, does good job

@@NENTECHM57 Oh nice. I've got an E39 with the M57 and was looking into putting a flat under tray myself. Did you cover the whole underbody? Did it noticeably improve wind noise, stabiility, or mpg on the highway?
@@StragTacGaming No just rear section, haven’t got a clue, car has 101 performance mod and it’s gone thru like 6-7 map revisions so it all adds up to better car all around.
