If the lights are regulation they shouldn't blind you but sometimes they do if there's a large one directly above where you serve. The answer is you don't watch the ball as closely and wait till it's dropped close to your head before really focusing in on it.

Yeh the blue spots in front of your eyes don't help when you're trying to play. You quickly learn not to look straight up if you're under something like a strobe light on full.
He zhi wen the master at playing into his opponent's playing elbow or wide. He looks quite sprightly in this one, only wish the whole video was uploaded.
