At 5:12 you make a mistake. You write that there should be a blue tent there for the blue totem to be able to be there. But there also needs to be an additional yellow tent, since you can only have as many totems as there are tents of the majority color. Also, in the last example for the tribe, are the four tents connected ? It seems to me that only 3 out of the 4 are connected.
Thanks for catching that Marco! You're certainly correct! Also-i totally missed the road for crossing in the last example so only 3/4 were connected-sorry about that but thanks for pointing it out!!
High interaction, great components, fast and easy to learn and teach, no downtime. This boardgame is superb! I played it in 2-3-4 players and every gameplay has a slight different shape with the others. A must have!
Just started playing this on Board Game Arena; thankfully we don't have to deal with the scoring there! Your tutorial helped quite a bit in learning the overall game play. Thanks!
I played this last weekend, and while initially we thought it was a bit easy, once you start scoring you realize that this is a bit deeper than one might think. Looking forward to trying this again soon. Great video - glad to see this game getting some coverage.
This is spot on! I was thinking the same- turns seem simple but I’m glad that strategy goes deeper with more ⛺️ and totems placed in response to other players. The expansion seems to add a good amount as well; Thank you!
Thanks for the quick and focused overview! I would have two suggestions though if you dont mind: 1. Your videos stand out because of the awesome visuals you create. I kinda missed that at the beginning (like box closeup and components). 2. In the first 2-3 min there are a lot of cuts inbetween your explaination when you are on screen. I would love to see a more continuos shot. Love your content and mind that above is only my opinion. Keep up the good work!
Thanks a lot Raphael! I get mixed thoughts from everyone on doing the intros for reviews vs keeping them in their own video vs keeping them in the tutorials! 🤔 I’ll try to meet everyone in the middle and do some when talking about the overview of the game before the tutorial; thanks for the suggestion! I’ll also definitely try to make it smoother as well between the cuts-please keep letting me know about any other feedback! 🙏🏽
You're example of a settlement around 8:05 isn't accurate. The tents you show don't have a connection going between all four. There are three connected and then a single on by itself. Thank you for the video though, great quick referesher on game rules
Thank you for pointing this out! I wish there was an easier way to add in edits for youtube videos haha but thanks so much-you're certainly right! I hope you have a great run through iwari the next time you play!

Your example at the end for connected tents would not score because all four weren’t connected.
