अतिशय छान व सोपं करून सांगता सर तुम्ही. एक शंका अशी आहे. Transferee ला नवीन शेअर सर्टिफिकेट द्यावं लागतं का ? आणि distinctive nos. कोणते द्यायचे ? आणि जुनं certificate deface करायचे का ?
शेअर्स सर्टिफिकेट माहिती चांगली सांगितली, सर्टिफिकेट प्रत्यक्ष नमुना दाखवून सांगितले असते तर व्यवस्थित समजले असते.

I am a resident of Maharashtra.(Vasai Palghar).
In our case, our society is working from past 30 years.
I have purchased flat in the year 2009(third owner) and paid society transfer charges of rs 12000.
Till November 2020 no share certificate was issued.
In 1992, the owner have paid rs 250 share price(account was in kapol bank and now bank is collapsed).
So,Now society is asking for 600 rs extra for issuing share certificate.
Also, they said if 600 is not paid, you will not get share certificate.
So what's the further process I can follow ?
Sir can society write the contents of the share certificates CALLIGRAFICALLY ??

Sir I have purchased a flat from 1st party as he was land owner and he purchased flat from builder and I purchased same flat from him. So I'm the 2nd purchaser of the flat. Now our society is starting the procedure for issuing the share certificates. Now the first party from whom I had purchased the flat is saying that the share certificate of the flat will first be transferred on my name. Is this right? As the share certificate of flat is on the name of flat owner, how the share certificate will on the name of previous owner? Kindly suggest.

We took flate in 1999 from that date to till 2021 they didn't issue my share certificate. First they told clear dues we clear it 2017 after that I asked but they didn't handover up me .Now my husband is no more still they are making excuses.

अनेकांनी तुम्हाला प्रश्न विचारले आहेत. पण तुमची प्रशंसा केली आहे त्यांनाच उत्तर देताय ! असे कां ? पतपेढी किंवा क्रेडिट सोसायटी च्या सभासदांबाबतीत शेअर कॅपिटल चा संबंध येतो. पण सहकारी गृह संस्थेच्या सभासदांबाबतीत शेअर कॅपिटल चा संबंध काय ? हे काही समजत नाही.
