The main reason behind this issue is a hardware problem with the Intel Wireless AC 9560 adapter. However, outdated network drivers can also be the culprit, but we don’t exclude network congestion or faulty OS updates and corrupt system files.

Stumbled across this video while looking to try and troubleshoot my issue with my driver not working. While nothing in the video helped, I was able to go into the Device Manager, disable the adapter, restart my laptop, reopened the Device Manager, re-enabled the adapter, and restarted my laptop again and it fixed my issue.
It works! Thank you
Thanks! Worked for me as well. This issue has been haunting me for months lol
Trying this now hope it works
Omg it works thank you bro
sadly, none of this works for me. every time I take my laptop out of the house, bring it back, this happens. today, however, I have not been able to get the damn thing to recognize the internet signal no matter what I do. I even got a thumb drive and got the latest drivers downloaded onto it, ran that, nothing. I hate the fact that new machines have no way to manually plug an ethernet cable into anything. grrrrrrrrrrrr!
Hi i have the same issue, have u been able to find a stable solution?
Did you solve this problem?
@@connorjordan3551 heeey help me about this
This issue has been going for about 4 years now after an update. The fix is to buy a new wifi/bt 9560 card.
I just started having this issue after an update too!!
uninstall the update!!! that's the only thing i did lol@@Pettyyoungthing
what if you wifi adapter is soldered to the main board, have this problem as well and I think Im quite f*ckd
@@agdraaijer7288 you can buy a wi-fi usb adapter. It´s slower but to commom use i think that you will have no problem
@@Pettyyoungthing same, after a bios update i got this
Omg THANK YOU! My laptop wouldn't connect this morning and I know my wifi was fine and restarted a bunch of times so then I googled the exact msg it was giving me and your video was the first to come up ❤️❤️❤️
Glad I could help!
All methods fail. I've been having this issue for about 4 years now.
I found a solution of installing the driver from the laptop's brand website, mine is Asus ROG, so the driver that worked for me is the wireless driver from ROG. But whenever windows have an update, it installed a different driver and the problem rises up again
Hello , can you please steps ? I already downloaded the driver from Asus Rog driver website . Just need to know if I need to first uninstall the previous driver ?
Can yolu say driver version number?
Perfect, worked on the second step after restart. Thank you!
Glad it helped!
Saved me ! Thanks a lot for this tutorial 🙏🏼😊
Glad it was helpful!
Bro, how are you going to suggest using Windows Update for a network adapter? If I could connect to the Internet in the first place, I wouldn't need Windows Update. 🤦
Winsock part seems to have done it for me (at least this time)
Thank you! I couldn’t use the first solution as the update needed internet connection but the second solution worked for me, which was unexpected because another version of that solution didn’t work.
BRO THANK YOU SO MUCH! THE ISSUE FINALLY RESOLVED 😭👍
Glad it helped!
