I really like Tuan 2egacy because also have a theme (British colonial) and facilities its very superb...but in my mind always ask, location and that place its not convenience because of one Tnb Wire (pencawang). I'm curious ... Did the developer not provide air-cond copper piping and drainage pipe? Can't seem to be able to locate it from the video. If not provided will be more work for the fellow owners for installation.
There will be the main water tank on the roof top, but there will be a water break tank usually at the 14th floor. The break tank is to allow water to be pumped from ground floor up to that level first, before pumping again to the roof top. Great question!!
