I am consistently surprised how much I spend on clothing and shoes on an annual basis as someone who feels like they have a pretty small wardrobe and that I don't buy much at all, it really does add up quickly
I did recently reduced online shopping. When fysical shopping, you at least hear the price and need to take out the card to pay. So you feel in some degree that you spend the money. While online shopping its too quickly done to add up stuff, and you dont even use the card anymore = zero feeling of spending
Absolutely agree! If i see something online that I want to buy, I try and wait 3 days beforehand, if I still want it after 3 days and can afford it thats grand. But 90% of the time Ive forgotten about it after 3 days and could have been another impulse buy! :)
