Brand new Atezr L2 36w laser engraver, stops mid engrave. Has anyone else seen this issue?

- More issues with the Atezr L2 laser. Stops mid engrave, lightburn doesn’t get an error nor does the offline controller. Will not stop, home, etc.. without shutting down software and machine.
