@@HoffmanEngineering I hope these manufacturers appreciate a honest review as most of us are smart enough to see through the fluffy ones. Very rare is anything perfect
Can you tell me how to turn that cross hair on and off? Mine does not come on and I need to know if it's a problem with the machine or if something got turned off some how?
Does the fan on top of the laser shut off when it isn’t firing? My Longer laser fan runs all the time and the noise is a nuisance. Great video, been thinking about upgrading to this unit.
Yes, the fan automatically turns on at the start and off at the end. It also automatically controls the air assist compressor as well, so there is 0 noise when it is not firing the laser.
We are getting used to think it's normal that these machines are put up for sale with defects and malfunctions included in the package. If I buy a machine, I want to turn it on and just enjoy using it. It's ridiculous that the preliminary phase must always be to understand how to solve its problems before I can even use it for the first time.
Well it's true & sad at the same time. With all the time to see reviews.I thought I purchased the right one but it only worked for a total of 3xs and now I'm fighting with them yo replace it
@@oenway They sell machines that seem to be in testing phase, machines which are not meant to be used but to be tested by people who buy them... waiting for the next month to see yet another "best laser" or a " killer" or "how to make 200 billions a day with this laser". I wonder how many people are really satisfied in using these machines over time for anything that's not just trying them to see if they can cut wooden beams and/or uploading some reviews to promote sales by the factory, then put the machine back in its box waiting for the next machine to be reviewed, and so on, endlessly.
You forgot to mention that support for this item is trash. First of all, you cannot purchase spare parts such as certain cables, the x-axis adjuster, or even a laser module to use as a spare. My autofocus failed. which seems to be common for this model (google it), and support could not fix it. The flame detection failed and the laser continued to burn and did not return to the "home" location causing the laser head to melt. Atezr would only replace the laser head with a 5w laser and stated it would work on my machine. I'm still fighting with them to honor their warranty... 3 months later.

Atezr are crap. Their customer service is non existent. My brand new machine would not zero, would not auto-focus, would not do anything but turn on. Support? ha. Sent it back. Will not buy Atezr ever again.
Great honest review
Thanks, I appreciate it!

I have the same laser
But now after 6 months use the laser stop working can you help.
I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately I'm not much help when it comes to diagnosing laser issues. You'll have to rely on their support.
