    Another fantastic video with plenty of details, that spring you got to get the round part of the spring into the screw that goes in for the stopper arm. This video is so good please subscription to his channel as video like these truly deserves it.

    When you tested the gear selector arm after installing the retainer wheel, i notice the arm doesnt grab a gear fully and kinda floats then you shift back to neutral. Is that fine? I’ve done the kickstart gear replacement successfully using your videos. Ran the bike, it was perfect. But im back inside the engine replacing both halves of cases along with a new crankshaft. Just worried the engine wont shift correctly. 3:55 is where you tested the selector

    Hey there hope you can help me on this one. I just rebuilt my z155 and I have 2 problems that have came up. There is a constant clicking sound from the top end sounds like it's the valves. When I tighten the valves it stops but then starts again after a minute of riding up and down the street the only way I can explain it is like a tick tick tick.. and so on. Another problem is the clutch whenever the bike is warmed up and I've rode it for a few minutes the gears are impossible to get in. Or when I am riding and shift down the back wheel locks up and I am unable to change to neutral because the clutch. After leaving it for a second it will work again. I've tried to adjust the clutch but I am unsure if it is something inside of it

    hi ,i’m having problems with my stomp 120cc pitbike ,i’ve just rebuilt the engine as it was leaking oil out of the crankcase gasket and whilst i was in the engine i put a new piston in ,and ever since i’ve rebuilt it it’s been making a sort of ticking noise and i’m positive it’s from the kick start cog that and that’s spinning when the engine is running ,is there a certain way this kickstart shaft has to go in ?

    Hey! I've got a problem with 155zs. The returning plate doesn't go enough in and then the last clutch plate can get out and spin. The returning plate hit the washers that lock The clutch basket. I don't know how is that possible.

    • @motorcyclefixer
      @motorcyclefixer  ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm sure it's in the video.
      When you fit the outer plate you need to make sure it fits in the grooves and goes all the way in. Try taking it back off then turning it one bolt hole and refit it. You may have to jiggle it a bit
