[Champion] Aphelios - First Impressions

The champion is giving me a very strong Jhin vibe, in that if his numbers aren't there, his kit is obviously lacking in the kind of utility one would expect from modern day champions. So seeing stats/numbers/etc is going to be extremely important for knowing how he'll play out. Perhaps his abilities slows/etc are stronger than I'm imaging them to be upon first reading, and that would be the only hope he could have for still being viable above being gutted in stats (if it happens). I imagine he'll finish on 3-4 "pro" viable paths with his items, and possibly be able to be tri-flexed depending again on his numbers.
