I have been getting consistent with swap downspike variations using tama rotation lately, i haven't tought of using this during juggles.. It is really my biggest vice while juggling. really helpfull!!

Good tutorial guys.
Very useful for the newer players getting close to that one year mark.
Juggles will always come down to how much you time you put into them, much like the rest of dama, but still juggles are a bit different. Took me a while to get my hands moving.

Tip for the 1.5 to jug - throw the tama from the right side over the ken toward your left shoulder instead of on the left side of the ken. It should fall down on the right side of the ken and land in your natural jug area. It just primes that spin because your spinning with a straight arm over. Keep juggin 🤞🏼
