I literally Just Landed My First One Today!! Now I just need to get consistent!
My tip is to get pretty goods at the pull up ken flip, to big cup. Then it should feel more natural. Hope This Helps!! 😀

I just did my first one after 15 minutes I am actually still blown away as I write this. But I do a lot and I mean a lot of kenflips so maybe thats why I did it so fast? Idk at first it seemed pretty impossible

@@JetPlays1 I found the key for me was keeping my arms calm so I didnt get all tense and just end up flipping the ken fast. Smacking the ball away and catching nothing. Once I really loosened up which was around the 5th try I started coming really close and after a couple minutes I did it

Tip: do the kenflip but ball needs to be not in cup and don't do this to cup just end this on middle, that helps you practise juggle easier
