This may not fix every phone out there, but it has worked for my own and friends. If it didn't work for you then I'm sorry, you may have to take it for repairs. But if I saved you the repair consider clicking the Thanks button as it helps me to keep making videos 👍
But when is about a very shaky USB type c port and needs to have a specific position to charge means that the pins are dead or needs replacement? Some other easy option? Thanks!
I was about ready to buy a new phone. My cable would not stay in and was loose and I couldn't charge my phone. I found this video and gave it a chance and I am amazed. I could not believe all of the dust and stuff that came out of that small plug in. Now my phone cable snaps in and stays like it's new. Finally, I can charge my phone. Thank you very much for this video !
Thank you. For a moment I thought that I had to replace the USB-C connector on my Huawei P9 phone. I was surprised to have removed so much lint and fluff that were sitting at the base of the socket. Good as new! Thanks again.
For those not wanting to shave down a toothpick, flosspicks are the perfect width, pokeyness, are non-metallic and have the little 'hook' at the end for grabbing pesky lint for this purpose.
Yeah its so simple and cheap, I was almost going to buy a new port and try installing it but thought "maybe there's just a lot of fluff" haha. Works great on a heasphone jack aswell! 😁
It worked...after months of trouble, setting the charger at an angle, I was finally able to clean my charging port. I was reluctant at first. I was worried that I might damage my charging port...but then I anyway went with it....I am surprised at how much lint built up in there...It's all like new now.
A+ fixed my loose connection in less than 2min. I'm amazed at how much lint and debris was packed way up in there. Thanks for the video. I'm sure this trick will be useful throughout life. I'll be sure to buy a case with a charging port cover next time!
Don't do it,it's a trap. I had one & it put a bend in my charging port because the cover pushes down on the cord. Much simpler just to keep cleaning it out. If you're going to be in a dusty environment put your phone in bag, like a waterproof case or zip lock bag.
Thanks man! I tried this multiple times on different devices and it never really worked. I read a comment here saying it took 30 minutes or more, so I decided to really put some time in it. After a long session of poking and gently scraping, I did see multiple really small bits of lint fly out the port or they were stuck on the tip. They weren't as satisfyingly big as in your video, and I even started to doubt if my OnePlus 5T's port was made from metal on the bottom. It really looked like everything was cleaned out. I just kept pokin' that port... Sure enough, my phone can hang from it's cable again and dash charging gets recognized immediately. Years ago I even bricked my old HTC M8 since I moved over to a piece of metal to scrape the port. Although it's not really recommended, people still mention it. NEVER use metals to pick that port folks. A toothpick like in this video does work, 100% Take your time. THANKSSSSSSS
thats great to hear! it can be super packed in there so you were right to just keep scraping. it's so rewarding when you can dangle it from the cable once again haha! And yeah dang, I told a friend to use this toothpick method, and he goes "I used a pin, worked great" little did he know how dangerous of a game he was playing 🎲
This did it for me! Took quite a while, probably because I always pushed and compressed the dirt into my phone with my charger. It's free now and works like new. Thanks to your comment!
I think out of the box all the time, and never had anything like this cross my mind when struggling with my own charge port issues..! This worked beyond amazing to get the built up lawn and tree services debris out of my port without the possibility of arching across terminals! 2 thumbs up!!!
Thank you so much for this tip. I started experiencing trouble like this a week ago and didn't know what to do about it. So, I looked on TH-cam and found your channel that explains it all. I really appreciate you doing this video. It saved me a big headache and a lot of worry. You've got a new subscriber.
I swear I tried cleaning it before with a sharpener and it didn't work. Now I tried with a toothpick as the video explains and it worked !! I even thought of taking my cell phone to a repair shop. THANK YOU VERY MUCH !! Greetings from Chile.
Have fought with my phone over the last year and it's gotten harder and harder to charge and was about ready to throw it away until I found this tip and it works! Simple and awesome, thanks! :)
You're an absolute Legend mate! I literally gave up on charging my phone with a cable and bought 3 wireless chargers from Big W that were useless and kept overheating. I used your method and kept going despite thinking I got all the dust out until a piece of scrunched up plastic foil came out and made all the difference. Now i can actually charge my phone properly with the abundance of cables I've accumulated plus I can actually back it up onto my computer which is the main thing as well. Thanks brother and all the best from Western Australia :D Please accept this donation as token of my appreciation. Liked and subbed to support too!
I was just browsing videos on how to replace my entire usb charging port when your video popped up, and i can't believe i never thought about it myself. That it just may be some dirt stuck. You just saved me some money and a whole lot of work, thanks alot!
Incredible. I had been taping my charger into my P20 pro at night with packing tape, that's how bad the lint was pushing the charger out. Bought the replacement part and was about to take the phone apart... saw this video, spent 10 minutes cleaning the port with this method Now it says "super charging" again which I had forgotten it ever said. The pile of lint was about the size of a dime...nasty
That actually worked! I have had this problem for a year and didn't know how to fix it. It was a perfectly sized piece of plastic that made it look like it was part of the port on the bottom. You're a lifesaver!
The shaping of the toothpick trick was really helpful. Tried with multiple brushes, vacuums and small object but didn't manage to do get the stuff out. The toothpick did it for me, after making it thinner with a knife. Also cut half of the width to get the edges of the port. Great video
Thank you, this simple 5-minute solution helped me to connect my cable tightly and allow my S8+ to fast charge again. Saved me from buying a new port. It just needs a proper, and I mean "don't even leave a little pice in there", cleaning. Thank you for sharing!
My charging cable wouldn't stay in and had all kinds of charging problems. I've had my phone for years and your toothpick trick worked like a charm! TONS of lint in there! Thanks!!
Totally worked!!!! Couldn't be more excited!!! Such a simple solution. I've been dealing this problem for like 3 months was about ready to give up and try to send it out to get fixed. Thanks a lot for this video!
You, good sir, are my hero. My USB C port on my Pixel 3 is now snaps in and as tight as when I first bought it. I thought it wasn't gonna work at first, since it seemed I had already pulled out so much lint and it was still loose. After continually digging more and more, I keep getting more lint. Now my port is lint free. Can't wait until I need to do it again... /s
Thanks heaps for leaving that comment :D I love to hear it's helped you! I had a Nexus 6P, my first ever USB-C phone and have been doing it ever since, such a great little hack. And haha yeah mate you'll be doing it for the rest of your life 😉 well until USB-D comes out, whenever that'll be lol 😂
After struggling with a non-"sticking" connector and having to do all kind of tricks to have the phone recharged for almost a year I went looking for a repair shop. Discouraged by the price I went searching youtube, found your video and solved the issue in 5 minutes. Thank you so much!
Had this problem with my p20 pro, just tried this and was stunned by the amount of fluff and dust inside my port, safe to safe it works perfect now! great video! Subbed and liked!
Cam, thank you! My wife's phone wasn't charging because the plug wasn't seating properly in the port. Found your video, whittled me up a toothpick, and cleaned the port out. She's charging like a champ again! What would we do without TH-cam!
I concluded that the conncector was defect on my Huawei P20, after I had tried to clean it. I had almost ordered a new charging port cable, but then i stumbled over this video, and gave it another go cleaning it with a tooth pick. To my surprise, I got a lot of stuff out and it is now working again as new! Thank you so much for sharing! :-)
I've had my Pixel 2 (XL) for 2 years now, and I've had charging issues for months. I can't even explain how many "rigs" I've had that would keep my charging cable in a certain position, so that my my could charge. I was scrolling TH-cam to figure out how to change the charging port, but (thankfully) came upon your video first. The solution sounded too good to be true - but it honestly worked! I was surprised at the sheer amount of gunk (lint, etc.) that came out of the port... but being that it sits in my pocket, made total sense. Thank you for your help!
Thank you so much for your suggestion of shaving down a tooth pick. I have a OP 6T that I've had since launch and the charge port has become so loose it was very difficult to get the cable to stay in even when laying flat on a table. It had a LOT of wiggle to the cord and I was worried the connector inside the port was damaged, I had tried multiple USB C cables. I had tried using a tooth pick and was able SOME of the gunk out. I hadn't thought of trimming it down to be thinner so it could reach in the curved sides. Thanks to your guide I now have a perfect snap when I plug in my cable, and the phone can hang upside down from the cable with no wiggle.
IT WORKED! I flashed a led torch inside and couldn't see any dirt but once i started digging with that toothpick you won't believe how much gunk i got out. Thanks!!!!
I just tried this, it took about an hour to get it all! I could see it all still there with a torch. Hopefully now that's it. The charger clicks in a lot more firmly so hopefully that's it. Thanks ✌️
Thanks so much. I've been dealing with this loose charger cable for months and thought I was going to have to replace my phone. Your solution with the tooth pick widdled down fixed my problem.
Here in 2022 and was having problems with a loose charging connection. Tried wear your said and got so much lint out and now works so much better. Was having the same issues with connecting my drone ad it uses the same connecting port, fixed that as well. Cheers for this brother!
Excellent advice! I'd attempted various types of improvised scraping tools, but none were nearly as successful as the whittled-down toothpick. It's so obvious in retrospect, but wasn't apparent to me before seeing your vid. Well done! Worked flawlessly - I had to make a second toothpick after the first one broke on a stubborn bit of packed-down lint, but it was simple to do twice. Plug stays in just fine now.
That's awesome to hear Jon! I've seen so many guides using compressed air and other methods, but after years of ramming the lint down with a charger cable, sometimes scraping is the only way 👍
Thank you soo much bro 😀 iam using a usb cable and I thought it is my usb cable problem i ordered another cable it is also like same loose connection...then I started watching TH-cam videos I saw many videos saying usb small pins will go down I tried it but they didn't find solution and I thought it is my mobile port problem and I saw your video and cleaned my mobile port....theres lot of dust I didn't even imagine 😬 its almost 3+ years mobile and I didn't clean the port 1 time also...i got frustrated of the cable get out for every 5 seconds I thought mobile port is gone and I feel hopeless...now I tried using pin and remove every dust it's soo fine now...thank you so much bro really it's a lot for me ❤️
So happy to hear you fixed it! I know just how frustrating it can be to have a loose cable. now spread the word! no doubt you've got a friend or family member walking around with a tonne of lint in their port as well haha
U r really awesome🥳🥳 I bought my new Samsung phone 3weeks before..and facing this charging lock issue 3days before.. ur toothpick cleaning had cleared my complete issue! I was in a mid of complaining Samsung customer care for this issue! But ur video erased all these and saved my time.. Once again Thanx a lot..
Gday mate from a grateful UK viewer! My phone had the sloppy fit issue and I did a TH-cam search expecting to see how to fit a replacement charging port & pondering whether to take the job on. By chance I saw your vid in the search results. Did what you said and got an unbelievable amount of fluff out, and the USB c stays in place. Thank you so much, I am now a subscriber!
You're a wallet saver lol. All the other videos on how to clean the charging port included basically taking your phone apart. I was about to just give up and buy a new phone but I can go just a bit longer. Take my upvote, you deserve it.
Guys try this I just tried it now it works 🔥👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 I had a small amount of astro turf in my phone 🤣🤣after playing football and I tried this after 2 days of slow changing and it worked .Bro thank you so much man it was taking my phone 10hours to got to 100% your a legend
Excellent video , also worked for me thought i had to replace the port in my samsung s20 plus was so much fluff stuck at base of the port, I used a tooth pick and a craft knive to be get it thin enough ended up using 2 to get it completely clean, saved me £40 in getting the port replaced many thanks
Thanks bro.. I usually donot comment on any post but this truly is amazing.. its been an yr my phone was not charging properly.. even changed the charger.. this is really a great help.. thankyou!!
Oh dude I was the same, spend about a year with my Nexus 6P, holding the cable a certain way, changing cables all the time thinking they were all wearing out. Then just thought I'll try clean it, it's crazy how much charging your phone can annoy you but once you fix it it's so good haha 😁 remember to spread the news, toothpicks are the answer haha, thanks for leaving the comment 👍
I started cleaning the lint and there was really a small amount and I was disappointed. Then I tried to charge my phone and it worked like magic. You're a genius!!
What a legend. I was literally going to buy a wireless adapter. But I thought I'll check how to fix it and came across this video. Cheers mate. Subscribed.
Now you've just got to share the knowledge with friends and fam! Such a simple fix but oh does it make a world of difference on the daily 🤙 p.s. thank's for subbing mate
This was a lifesaver lol I cant believe it worked so well I went from having to hold it in to get it to charge, to having to actually use force to pull it out of the port lol.
Thank You Cam! I've got a Motorola G7 Power, USB-C charging; it's only 15 months old. Charging went from 'Turbo Charge' down to 'slow charge only' (with the usb plug falling out of phone) over the last 30 days. I finished watching a guy unglue & take his phone apart on TH-cam to fix his USB-C phone port. Not my thing. I watched your video & cleaned my charging port with a Flexiflosser. It works again! I didn't realize how much crap got in there. Thanks again!
After weeks of struggling, putting the usbc cable in the weirdest positions so that it wouldn't pop out while charging, frustration and anger, I was ready to replace my Samsung s22 ultra and buy a new phone.. then I saw your video.. problem solved in less than 5 minutes.. thank you!!
All I had was the plastic picks with the tiny bristles at the end. The tips required no shaving, and the bristles are the perfect size and softness to clean it safely as well.
Oh man! Thank you! This saved me from replacing parts in my phone. Had to go a bit thinner than your toothpick but did the trick. Got a lot of lint and crap out. Charges perfectly now! Sick
Wow! That couldn't have been better... unfortunately I thought my cable was bad and bought a new set. Turns out, all u needed was a "deep clean" (pun intended)
Thax bro it really works bcoz I am very worried from last few days it is working as normal charge😒but wachting your vedios I had tired and it really works after cleaning my super charge works soomthly 💪✌️
Amazing. Thought my phone was just getting old, but this did the trick. I am guessing that the dust just gets compressed over time, causing the problem. I was also having issues with my headphone jack not always giving great connections, so I used the same approach there and pulled out almost as much lint as my charge port. Thanks so much!

You are loosing views because people that start to play your video in offices (or any shared space) have to stop your video because your background music is turning people's offices in dance parties while its being played. It really would be nice if we could hear your instructions without your music blaring out our speakers just as loud - PLEASE TURN DOWN THE BACKGROUND MUSIC LEVEL WHEN YOU MIX YOUR AUDIO IN WHILST YOU'RE SPEAKING - you mixed it in nearly as loud as your voice from the video file. Please mix background music in at 15%, at most, while you are speaking in the video. When you're not speaking (if you feel you MUST have loud music you can then increase the music's level and you won't cause people to have to stop watching your video because the entire office has become a discotheque.
It helped my Sony experia, Which used to have a clip protective cover, which fell off years ago. Had to tweak the retainers on the USB plug as well, now it's good again.
Pro-tip - just tighten your power drill down on one end of the toothpick, sandwich the pick in sandpaper (grit in toward the wood), and turn the drill on to quickly sand the toothpick down to size - no knife needed, much easier! You'll obviously need to do something about the sawdust that is produced, but you should be able to clean that off with some alcohol.
WOW!!! I was literally goin to pay a $100 insurance deductible to get a refurbished phone cuz of this issue but as always i checked TH-cam your video popped up i did exactly as instructed and my phone is charging as good as new which it hasnt done in months!!!! Thank you so much you are my hero!!!
Used canned air in the past and nothing came out, so I figured it was just broken and I've been using a pad charger. Randomly decided to look up some tips and came across this video. I was skeptical, but figured I didn't have anything to lose. IT WORKED! Thanks!
It works, Awesome Trick. My husband have OnePlus and it's charging port was loose and he was looking to change the port but i saw your video. It saved our money 😃 Thanks 😊😊
can i just say, how mond blown i actually am, i was like there is no way that dust or some other crap is making me mad that my phone is not charging, but clearly theat was the case. Even if youre sceptical, just try this thing, it took me 3-4 minutes
great video thank you so much...now my connection is solid! my phone feels new again...the part of the video that really helped was when you said something like "if you see its all shiny in there, then you did it right" once you said that, i grabbed my desk light and peered right into that port with proper lighting and saw exactly what the problem was....dirt had collected heavily on the narrow sides of the port, not so much throughout the long sides of the port...got my tooth pick and started digging..took more force than i thought but kept it under that light and voila...more dirt and crud falling out of that port...i wish i did a slow mo montage of the dirt falling out...would've been glorious..have a great day...my channel does sheet metal maybe i can give back to you by sharing my channel
That's awesome! My issue is typically that, stuck around the short ends. That's where getting a thin toothpick or something that can scrape around the corner makes all the difference. Glad it helped you 😁👍
Thank you so much for that kind comment Bruno! It means a lot :) my channel is growing each day which is good to see, it just takes time. Thank you for subscribing! I'm glad to have you on board for the journey ☺
Easy enough I thought I needed a new USB-C port for my phone. But after doing these steps it seems to work fine again - I used a throw away Chinese take-out food chopstick instead but it worked, just more shaving. Tons of lint inside the port, now the cable grabs on tight again. Much appreciated!
Just wanted to say thank you. My phone had stopped charging the USB port was the problem old phone. Used your technique use the sharp knife actually like a cheese grater. I just slowly wiggled the tooth pick a little thinner and it worked. Thank you and God bless you.
Thank you for this. Your video has stopped me from binning my Pixel 3XL. I thought I'd cleaned the port out but after following your video I managed to remove more ,"STUFF" charger now fits properly. Thank you 👍😊
Just to add my experience. I couldn't see much inside the port, but kept picking at it. Realised that there were tiny bits of grit stuck inside. Toothpicks were not strong enough. I know people say don't use them but I used plastic coated paper clips. I also didn't care too much about the phone as it is cracked anyway. I picked at it with the phone switched off. All worked really well after about 30 to 60 minutes of picking away. Now charges perfectly again! Thanks for the video. 👍
My phone hasn't been charging fast/properly in about 8 months. I purchased new cables from two different places. But the problem persisted. After watching you video and listening to what you did, my phone now charges fast. Thanks!!
God send of a video haha. Sometimes we can forget that simple solutions for technological problems still exist. After cleaning my port and finding several lint balls, I can now hold my phone upside down just from holding the charging cable it’s connected to without losing the charge!
This may not fix every phone out there, but it has worked for my own and friends.

Hey would it be possible to use an earring to clean out the USB C port? Why did you say not to put metal?

After struggling with a non-"sticking" connector and having to do all kind of tricks to have the phone recharged for almost a year I went looking for a repair shop. Discouraged by the price I went searching youtube, found your video and solved the issue in 5 minutes. Thank you so much!
Man, I was on the verge of throwing my phone away. The amount of lint that was in there was embarrassing and ungodly. Thank you!
My ipad pro usb-c port has this issue for over 1 year. I almost wanted to trade in for a new one.. Now it is fixed thanks to this guide. Thank you.
Nothing better than repairing something with a simple fix! Happy to have helped :)
This tip saved me from tearing my phone apart in an attempt to replace the port. Cleaned it out, plugged it in and it works! Thanks.
This video saved my life! I was gonna go crazy if i heard 'beep beep' one more time
Haha!
Happy to help Adam! especially to save an awesome Pixel 2XL 😍 such a great phone, enjoy the easy charging 👍
Great video and the toothpick was able to clean my type c port, but phone still not charging.
Try the ampere app
I have the same problem
@@santiagoguzman5724 whats the ampere app
@@camshand yeah definitely bro when someone is having this problem I will just tell them about this solution
I was planning to replace my charging port but i found your video.
Worked fine for me.
Thank you ❤️✌️
U r really awesome🥳🥳
I bought my new Samsung phone 3weeks before..and facing this charging lock issue 3days before.. ur toothpick cleaning had cleared my complete issue!
I was in a mid of complaining Samsung customer care for this issue! But ur video erased all these and saved my time..
Once again Thanx a lot..
That's awesome dude, happy to help!
Just remember it for in a couple years time when it's all filled back up again 😂
Thank you this saved me from scraping my phone. Mine was so jam packed I had to shut off my phone and use the Sim tool to scrape it out.
Happy to hear it worked 😁 now you can save future phones aswell 😊
I was minutes away from buying a new phone. You just saved me a ton of money!
This helped me during the quarantine period .. you saved my life Bro 😁😀😄
Same as me! Thanks
I'm also
You can live without a phone
@@josereyes7689 yes but currently phone is the only way to connect with loved ones 😄
samee tnx!!!
I started cleaning the lint and there was really a small amount and I was disappointed. Then I tried to charge my phone and it worked like magic. You're a genius!!
You are a lifesaver. Simple and effective, I thank you.
Happy to help 😃
Worked great. I used a cocktail stick - shaved easily with a craft knife.
After weeks of struggling, putting the usbc cable in the weirdest positions so that it wouldn't pop out while charging, frustration and anger, I was ready to replace my Samsung s22 ultra and buy a new phone.. then I saw your video.. problem solved in less than 5 minutes.. thank you!!
Thanks! I was thinking my connector was broken and watching tuto how to change it but it was just dust inside! hahaha!
It works😃😃I was worried about this problem for a long time but now the charging slot of my phone is completely fine, thanks bro❤
All I had was the plastic picks with the tiny bristles at the end. The tips required no shaving, and the bristles are the perfect size and softness to clean it safely as well.
This works to my phone. I thought i am going to shop to see if my charging port has a problem but this dude save my phone from expense
Happy to save you money! ☺️
Thank you so much for this.. I was really worried for my phone.Worked on Note 8.Thanks Alot ♥️
You're most welcome Muaz! I'm glad it fixed your phone, I know how worrying it can be.
same
5 years later and this video saved me. Thank you so much!
It's crazy how often people are fixing their phones with it. Happy to have helped!
Oh man! Thank you! This saved me from replacing parts in my phone. Had to go a bit thinner than your toothpick but did the trick. Got a lot of lint and crap out. Charges perfectly now! Sick
You are one of the greatest men to ever live. I was staring down the barrel of those new phone prices, but this totally worked
If any of you don't have toothpicks at home, use a very small cable tie, it works just as well, is flexible and can't really damage anything :)
I was told a Christmas ornament hanger is alright. But I don't know if it is safe. Definitely gets the debris.
didnt know that the solution is this easy, i almost went to a repair shop to replace the charging port. tutorial is a solid 10/10, very helpful
Got to love simple solutions! glad it worked :)
Absolute legend! Solid tutorial. Holy cow there was so much crap in my port. Thank you a ton!
I was skeptical at first, but was pleasantly proven wrong. It worked! I was convinced my port was actually broken or something. Thank you so much!
That's awesome to hear 👍 great work on fixing it 👏
Amazing. Thought my phone was just getting old, but this did the trick. I am guessing that the dust just gets compressed over time, causing the problem. I was also having issues with my headphone jack not always giving great connections, so I used the same approach there and pulled out almost as much lint as my charge port. Thanks so much!
I was about to replace port charge in my S20,,,,,thank god I just watched your video and saved me some $$$ ...thanks bro
Good to hear dude!
Dude, thank you so much!
Unlike other channels you're actually straight to the point!
Was ready to scrap my phone, Didn't even think about dirt... Thank you!
Glad to hear it worked Edwin 😊
maaaan thank you soo much , now my S8 is charging once again
You're welcome! I'm glad I could help get your phone back up and running 😊👍📱
Thank you so much! Saved me going to the phone repair shop and wasting money. Now my USB C port is working like it's brand new! You're a legend!

It helped my Sony experia,
Which used to have a clip protective cover, which fell off years ago. Had to tweak the retainers on the USB plug as well, now it's good again.
@Knox Rhett nope, no one cares.
Hey, thanks mate. I tried your tricks but the toothpick broke... I was lucky. Instead, I used the toothpick from a swiss knife. Works like a charm.
You deserve more subscribes❤️💕
WOW!!! I was literally goin to pay a $100 insurance deductible to get a refurbished phone cuz of this issue but as always i checked TH-cam your video popped up i did exactly as instructed and my phone is charging as good as new which it hasnt done in months!!!! Thank you so much you are my hero!!!
that's so good to hear! I'm glad it saved your phone 😁👍
Nice tip Cam!
Thanks Tom, hopefully it'll help you out if you ever get charger issues!
Used canned air in the past and nothing came out, so I figured it was just broken and I've been using a pad charger. Randomly decided to look up some tips and came across this video. I was skeptical, but figured I didn't have anything to lose. IT WORKED! Thanks!
You just saved me bucks. i was really going to make a difficult decision :p
Yeah dude I'm shocked everytime I do it as to how much lint comes out. makes the port as good as new everytime
great video thank you so much...now my connection is solid! my phone feels new again...the part of the video that really helped was when you said something like "if you see its all shiny in there, then you did it right" once you said that, i grabbed my desk light and peered right into that port with proper lighting and saw exactly what the problem was....dirt had collected heavily on the narrow sides of the port, not so much throughout the long sides of the port...got my tooth pick and started digging..took more force than i thought but kept it under that light and voila...more dirt and crud falling out of that port...i wish i did a slow mo montage of the dirt falling out...would've been glorious..have a great day...my channel does sheet metal maybe i can give back to you by sharing my channel
That's awesome! My issue is typically that, stuck around the short ends. That's where getting a thin toothpick or something that can scrape around the corner makes all the difference. Glad it helped you 😁👍
how do u only have 245 subscribers
I was one step from buying a new phone because of this problem and I managed to fix it in 2min with this method. Thanks a lot!
My phone hasn't been charging fast/properly in about 8 months. I purchased new cables from two different places. But the problem persisted. After watching you video and listening to what you did, my phone now charges fast. Thanks!!
was thinking of needing to replace the whole charging port until i found this video. Thanks a bunches sir!
After watching and trying info in multiple vids on my USB-C no charge this is the one that fixed my problem. Thanks Cam
Just remember this fix for a years time as it'll happen again haha
God send of a video haha. Sometimes we can forget that simple solutions for technological problems still exist. After cleaning my port and finding several lint balls, I can now hold my phone upside down just from holding the charging cable it’s connected to without losing the charge!
How good is it when it clicks in snug! Such a nice feeling to fix it, good work 🤙
